Accused me of doing fraudulent activity through JB HIFI. I bought with my own card to my home address and ordered under my name. And yet now my paypal is locked up and I'm out $500 for 7 days as they took the order then cancelled immediately after charging my card. Sure business owners are amazed wow whatever but the real customer experience is below awful. If a business uses this product I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

They had my very 1st order with Fragflex canceled who stated: "Our insurance provider has declined to service your account". I have NEVER even ordered anything from them before and this is how they handle new customers.

Absolutely brilliant. Am in the process of writing a case study showing how their payment system has benefited our business.

Completely useless. Marks random orders as fraud and makes online shopping nearly impossible. Absolute trash. I tried to order something through one of the websites that uses them, got flagged for fraud and didn't get to finish my order. I'm now reconsidering wether or not it is worth it having to go through this process just to get a few items online. There must be a better way to increase security in online shopping.

cette entreprise a bloqué le paiement à cause du paiement par ecarte bleue, car j'utilise un VPN qui masque mon ip???
Bref si vous voulez protéger vos achats internet via un VPN , une ecarte bleue n'achetez pas chez un marchand utilisant Riskified vous serez bloqué....
