2 months passed and I still didn’t receive my order. Still in China. What a terrible service.

Total crap. I was aware that the Product will be from lower quality - although the Price was Not Low. It is Not only low Quality you cannot Even wear it, as it does Not function. And as I wanted to send it back they Said I have to pay the Transport and this will be more expensive than the Product - the top was around 60 EUR - that is Not cheap shit. SCAM!!

What I have received was completely different from what it looks like in the picture. This online shop is an SCAM all you receive is low quality shit from China.
Be aware that you will get poor quality shit from China. DO NOT ORDER!!!

This company is a total SCAM!
Not only they failed to deliver the "dress" I ordered, on time. I ordered it back in November 2025, as I was due to travel in December for a few months, I paid for "express delivery" so that I could receive the item way before my traveling date, the 11th December, BUT the item did not reach the address until 4 days after I had left, and I assure you, they swore they would deliver by the 8th of December, but that was not the case.
I returned yesterday 21st of April from my travels, and I could only see the dress then.... and it is simply disgusting!
It's made of plastic!
Part of the item is MISSING and it's simply unwearable and also untouchable as the material is not fit for wearing nor touching. It makes the skin hitch.

There 's absolutely NO quality in this company and they now refuse to refund me for this when it's their fault that I couldn't receive the item on time. If that had been the case, I would have returned the item immediately.
Companies like this need to be reported, otherwise they will keep cheating on customers and make silly "refund policy" excuses not to return the money to the customers who have been cheated upon with regards to quality and delivery time. The customer would always be robbed by companies like this one! They must stop!

ITS A SCAM SITE. FAKE SITE. NO RESPONSE AFTER PAYING. TRACKING NUMBER WRONG AND NO TRACKING. I LIVE IN INDIA BUT MUST SAY WE HAVE BEST SITES. ATLEAST NO SCAMS. ONLY MONEY MAKING THROUGH ONLINE THATS IT. NO ONE TO CONTACT NO ONE TO TRACK.

Quite recently I asked for Christmas asymmetric chain strap dress from Riva COCO.

What I have received was completely different from what it looks like in the picture. It’s dropshipping for a large sum of money - all you receive is low quality shit from China. The prices are outrageous and obviously when we asked for a refund they ignored us. When I wrote everything that is wrong with the dress they didn’t respond anymore. Be aware that you will get poor quality shit from China. DO NOT ORDER!!!

The Gabrielle maxi dress is really comfy to wear. noticed it does wrinkle kinda easily, just something to keep in mind. doesn't ruin the look though.

Was worried about ordering online but the Vrieya maxi dress fits perfectly. Quality is actually way better than I expected. very happy.

Just received the maxi slip dress. It moves so beautifully when I walk. A tiny bit long for me, but nothing a pair of heels can't fix.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase from it. Photos of garments do not match what you receive. My garment was defective and they do not return / refund as their returns policy explains.

Fate attenzione è un sito TRUFFA,ho ordinato un caftano nero flowing Asymmetric Whit Belt, pagato con carta non è mai arrivato. Più di 50€ rubati.Attenti al loro corriere iMile. Prima hanno trovato la scusa che non trovavano l'indirizzo, poi 15gg dopo arriva la mail che diceva consegnato!!! Niente vero.ATTENZIONE e DENUNCIATE!!!!

If I could get zero stars I would. Worst product, took five months to receive, worst customer service. Rude and polite people do not purchase from them.

This is a scam - do not waste your money
There policy and procedures manual are misleading.

Terrible delays for poorly made clothes that don’t fit to their published measurements. Then they use the delay to say the return window has closed. STAY AWAY from this company.

The order took 3 times longer than was advertised and when the dress arrived the seams were sewn so poorly I need to take it to get fixed so I could wear the dress. So disappointed in this company and the product.

Απλός μην παραγγείλετε δύο μήνες περιμένω κ δεν έχουν στείλει κάτι κ εννοείται κάθε φορά που επικοινωνώ μου λένε δικαιολογίες για μεγάλο όγκο παραγγελιών.
Θα προσπαθήσω να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω γιατι από ότι διάβασα κ σε σχόλιά άλλων πελατών δεν κάνουν επιστροφή χρημάτων οι ίδιοι...

Mi trovo costretta a scrivere un’altra recensione. Questa volta relativa alla pessima qualità del prodotto arrivato con quasi 2 mesi di ritardo e alla difficoltà nell’ottenere l’indirizzo di spedizione del reso. Sono pessimi!
