Rivanna Natural Designs Inc Reviews

Rivanna was a pleasure to work with, being patient and timely with my requests.

We have been customers of Rivanna for several years now and we will be back again next year! Gretchen Wirth has been a huge help with coordinating our order and providing additional information on plaque material sustainability attributes in order to best meet our purchasing requirements. We have had some hiccups with the design team in the past, but this years order went extremely smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. the plaques are exactly as expected and look great!

Easy process, very responsive. Beautiful glass piece.

I ordered glass vase awards to recognize the efforts of my team members. The awards not only arrived promptly for our event but were also incredibly stunning. The award recipients were thoroughly impressed by the beauty of the glass vases, and their presentation added a special touch to our event.

I am also truly grateful for the efficiency of the Rivanna team in ensuring the timely delivery of the awards. The quality surpassed our expectations, and I will hopefully place future orders with this company.

Outstanding and fast service! Beautiful product.

The customer service and concern for the satisfaction of their customers is exceptional. The quality and beauty of their hand crafted glass designs are also extraordinary.

The products are beautiful and the service was outstanding!

The experience was great. We ordered a plaque last minute and Rivanna worked with us to get it done and shipped on time. Very grateful!

Beautiful Product, excellent customer support.

Rivanna were superbly responsive, helpful in keeping the project on track and on time, and delivered a spectacular product that our award recipients will undoubtedly proudly display for the rest of their careers.

Always a pleasure to have opportunity to work with and order from Rivanna Natural Designs. The how and underlying why Rivanna operates is inspiring and great example for others. Made in America makes it even better. The quality and look/feel of awards I've ordered is exceptional. Equally impressive is the material used and how it is sourced. In the future, perhaps Rivanna will consider offering designs that are shaped like states.
I consistently receive a timely and helpful response from each person and department within the Rivanna team. Thank you so much! The high level of professionalism and focus on client service is greatly appreciated.

We keep using Rivanna because of the affordable options, commitment to sustainability and extreme attention to detail!

I ordered a little late but Rivana accommodated my timeline and produced a beautiful award just in time for our event!

We've used Rivanna a handful of times and always experience quality and friendly customer service and a beautiful end product!

I appreciated the personal interaction with a customer service representative, that she set clear expectations for what was reasonable turnaround time etc, and when I received the items they were good quality.

Customer service and process were great. Definitely worth the price tag. It is an award that I am excited and proud to give, not just for the "why" we are giving it. It is beautiful.

Great designs, quick shipping. Awesome experience!

We had an order with a tight deadline - our support person made sure that it moved quickly and arrived ahead of time!

Incredibly quick response back from all staff, including the design team, and very professional.
