River Crest Surveyors Reviews

Rivercrest Surveyors provided excellent service. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. The report was detailed and comprehensive, giving me all the information I needed with clarity and precision. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and expert surveyors.

A very thorough survey was done and I received a phone call later that day to give me the bullet points. I was also offered a follow up phone call after receiving the full printed survey. The only minor downside was I was told I would get the printed survey within 72hrs but I didn't get it for a further 36hrs although it was still within the 7 days that they say they will get it to you.

Great service, great value for money! Would use again.

The service is serious, enthusiastic and efficient. I will recommend it to others.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service we received from both Nitin and Michael during the survey process for our property.

From the very beginning, Nitin was my main point of contact, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and reassuring experience. He took the time to fully understand our needs and made me feel completely confident in booking the survey. His clear communication and responsiveness made a potentially stressful process much smoother, and he always made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. Nitin’s attention to detail and willingness to address any concerns I had really stood out, and his support was invaluable in giving us peace of mind as we moved forward.

Michael, the surveyor who followed up and conducted the survey itself, was equally impressive. He was thorough in his inspection of the property, and he took the time to explain the findings in detail, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. We greatly appreciated his expertise and the time he dedicated to making sure we understood the nuances of the property’s condition.

The combination of Nitin’s excellent communication and Michael’s technical expertise gave us a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the property, which has been invaluable in helping us make informed decisions. It’s rare to experience such a high level of professionalism and customer care, and I truly feel that River Crest Surveyors went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully supported throughout the process.

We will definitely be recommending River Crest Surveyors to others, and we will not hesitate to contact you again for future survey needs. Please extend our thanks to both Nitin and Michael for their outstanding service.

Nitin from River Crest Surveyors went above & beyond..
Was helpful went through & explained everything step by step checked in & talked through the results after conducting the survey.
I would throughly recommend this company.

I used River Crest Surveyors for a RICS level 2 survey on my new house. The report was detailed, well layed out and delivered to me quickly. I was provided a follow-up call where I was able to discuss the points where I had questions. The call was unhurried and ample for me to fully understand the conclusions of the report and the implications. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to any homebuyer wanting a thorough survey.

River Crest Surveyors - Outstanding.

Used these twice during the process of selling my flat. Once for the help to buy valuation, the next time for the desktop extension on that valuation. Both times the team were fantastic, with Nitin working late into the night on a Friday to ensure my valuation was done. Any one considering using river crest will not be disappointed. 10/10, outstanding.

First Class Service from River Crest Surveyors! Kept in contact with us and updated us on when the Surveyor was coming. Nitin, our Surveyor was so thorough and called us after the appointment and gave us a summary. We then received a very detailed report on his findings. I would not hesitate to recommend River Crest and Nitin, our Surveyor.

Have used RCS for 2 different building surveys (level 2) and received a high quality report on both occasions. I was taken through the details in a helpful way, and thought the service was very good. Would recommend RCS for sure.

Amazingly detailed and comprehensive home buyers survey and not only that but Nitin also called me to take me through the key points in detail superb service and would definitely recommend and will use them myself again also.

If I could give 7 stars, I would. The phone call with Nitin was especially helpful and he has saved us from wasting a lot of money on a house.

Great service, excellent commincation, very comperhensive report good follow-up question and answer session. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service, from start to finish, I cannot fault anything.
We had a last minute need of a valuation that needed to be turned around in 24 hours and all teams that were involved did everything swiftly and effectively! Completely got rid of my stress and worry and I knew I was in good hands with the friendly staff.

Thank you again

River Crest were great I paid the money and they just took care of everything else just how it should be. My level 2 survey was presented very clear and easy to read and in more detail than I expected.

Very happy

We recently commissioned RCS for a L2 survey on the recommendation of our EA.
The survey took place very quickly, on a Saturday, and the report was received early the next week. It took a while to digest (96 pages!) and contained a wealth of information including contact details for gas/electric inspectors, which was very useful.
Nitin also did the survey on our property for our purchaser. For both surveys he was very professional with just the right amount of communication.
We would use RCS again, not that we intend moving house again for some time to come!

From initial enquiry through to follow up telephone discussion after delivery of the survey to me River Crest were always clear, helpful and easy to deal with.

Nitin Randev compiled an extremely thorough and detailed report and additionally included a few specific areas that I wanted to be covered. Nitin conducted the follow up discussion which I found very helpful and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand.

I will have no hesitation in recommending River Crest to anyone requiring surveying services.

Fantastic service. Cannot speak too highly. Communications were first class, I was kept informed of what was going on from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional.

River Crest Surveyors have been absolutely brilliant! The communication right from the very first quote and booking to receiving the full survey was fantastic; they always responded quickly.
We weren’t expecting a feedback phone call on the day of the survey from Nitin Randev so that was a pleasant surprise, something we’ve never had before with other surveys, we thought this was brilliant and Nitin took the time to answer our questions and explain lots of things.
The written survey came promptly 5 days later and the photos were an added bonus, again something we’ve not seen before.
We would wholeheartedly recommend River Crest Surveyors and thank them for their time, professionalism, friendliness and efficiency.

The process from start to finish was seamless and of excellent quality. River Crest liaised with the estate agents on our behalf to arrange a date to undertake the survey, their online portal kept me informed throughout the process from quotation, booking and payment to recieving the extremely detailed report. Prior to the survey I was given the opportunity to request any specific investigations and received a courtesy call throughout the inspection, with some very useful verbal feedback. Following the inspection we received our report in a timely manner and were impressed with how thorough it was. Following this we were then given time to digest the report before a call was arranged with the surveyor at a time and date suitable to us, so that we could discuss the report in further detail and clarify any questions we had. All around we received an exceptional service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
