Great Customer service
The only reason they received 4 stars instead of 5 is because my order was not received correctly the first time. But the customer service was top notch and they corrected the issue and rushed me out the proper order. It’s not about if mistakes are made, they Happen. Would recommend highly. Have used them twice now. Email communication letting you know the status of your consult / order is top notch. It does usually take 3 full business days to get your order to the ship stage plus 2 days for shipping. I’d suggest set your expectations that it will take 1 week from submitting your request to having HCG in hand and you will not be disappointed. Besides, use that time to start on your pre-diet loading phase. Thanks!
