We have been using this company since 2017. Their shutters are of a very high quality and I cannot fault the quality of their service. Everything happened effortlessly and zero errors were made from purchase right up to installation. The fact that the same staff are employed with this company since our last enquiry 7 years ago shows that they must also value their own employees. Without a shadow of doubt, I would recommend Mike and his team to my family and friends, or even our next project!

I love this company. I have used them several times over the years and will continue to if/when need be. The communication is great and they respond quickly when sending an email. I never feel there's a sales patter and the prices are fair and competitive. On the day Walter came and fitted our shutters effortlessly and with such ease. You could tell he is an expert in his field. When he left everything was taken away and you wouldn't have known he was here. Russell was great at keeping me in the loop to ensure once the shutters arrived that they would be fitted as soon as it were possible.
I feel this is a very professional, established and trustworthy company and I've never been disappointed - Thank you.

We certainly did our research before placing an order with Riverside Shutters, their attention to detail and measuring for the quote was very good. On the day, Walter was absolutely fastidious in his work, they are beautifully fitted and the blackout blinds in the bedrooms are superb. A well earned 5 star review for an excellent local business.

Had shutters fitted to my house 8 years ago. Everything was smooth and installation perfect by Walter. Price was also surprisingly reasonable. Then we had windows changed and Riverside were there to refit shutters and once again Walter did an amazing job. Whole team have been brilliant. In 8 years of ownership honestly shutters have not aged one bit and we used them every day. Fantastic product and amazing service! thank you to the whole team :)

Not only do they provide fabulous products that last and last they also provide AMAZING customer service!
We have had our shutters for a few years now with no problems, due to an accident my teenage son had with one of his shutters we had to get one mended. They were straight out to mend them. With outstanding service once again especially by their fitter Walter I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we have as many of our family and friends have used them too.

Amazing company that we have used to fit out shutters in our last two homes. We recently had an issue with one of the louvres and shutting mechanisms and Matt came out to fix free of charge. Would highly recommend!

From the very first appointment I was impressed with Riverside shutters. Everything was explained very well and great advice given. The shutters took exactly the estimated time to arrive and we were given a convenient date for installation. Walter came to install the shutters and was amazing, he had great attention to detail and works very hard. We are so happy with the finished shutters , we had 3 rooms to be done and all great . We wish we had done it sooner!
