Rivn has always been a great supplier of my research needs. The materials are great quality and purity. Pricing is very good compared to many other sites. What made them have 5 stars though. I had a shipment issue with one order. Which Ive ordered many times with no issues at all. This one time though was handled great. The owner while he was on vacation handled my issue and texted and called me directly. He got my pictures and without any hesitation replaced the order and shipped it next day to me. That is amazing customer service. I will be a customer from here on out because of that.

They sent me the wrong product and immediately they are sending me out two new bottles and told me to keep the other ones.I like how they include the water.And a syringe with it for mixing.
