Hired RNG Classics Jaguar E-Type and it was an amazing car. Rob was great with communication and makes things very clear about any confusion we had.
All in all was a great day and would definitely use RNG again!

I recently rented the classic Land Rover to take my wife for a pub lunch for her birthday and I have to say that Robbie went above and beyond to make sure the day went without a hitch. Great communication, and good old-fashioned customer service that’s so rare these days. Highly recommend

Rented the Jaguar E type for a weekend for our wedding. Robbie was very responsive to all queries, and always helpful. We got our deposit back within 2 weeks, and the car was a very special part of our wedding!

Wow! Just wow.
We just hired RNG Classics’ Golf GTI for the weekend for a trip down memory lane. We used to have one way back when and wanted something fun for a weekend away in the Cotswolds. It did not fail to deliver.
Robbie was incredible. We picked it up from the barn (which is a wonderful setting with a stunning collection - you can see he takes good care of the cars and loves every one of them) and the handover was brilliant. No problems with the car. It ran like a dream. Perfect for the country lanes.

Robbie was great start to finish, the car delivered on expectations & would definitely recommend & use again, the guests loved it & having the car accompanied the day perfectly. Don’t hesitate to use Robbie, good as gold, things happen & I can see he would be the kind of guy to offer what he can to make the best of a bad situation.

Whilst we ended up not hiring from RNG due to a change in personal circumstances, I cannot fault Robbie. From start to finish he was proactive in answer my questions and supported us at every step. His replies where prompt and any concerns I had where well and truly put to bed. Should we have an opportunity to proceed all the way, and I really hope we do, I know where we will go

Heartbreaking Experience. Stay away to avoid disappointment.
Hired the Ford Mustang for my partners 25th. Got a call less than 24 hours before the car should've been delivered to say that the car was hired the weekend before and they caused damage to the wheel and therefore the vehicle won't be available for the date that it was pre-booked months in advance for. As it was the main gift for my partner, it completely ruined the day.
No real compensation offered. The most the offered is to replace it by giving us the Rolls Royce or Aston Martin and the Mustang for a different day. They're most definitely not like for like cars. Full refund amount wasn't given as T&C's waiver the the customers rights to a full refund.
Still haven't received £1.5k security damage as it could take up to 28 days.
Called some other hiring companies to see if they could do anything last minute, explained my situation and they also said that RNG Classics had previously let others down.
Overall, just a heartbreaking experience. Would highly recommend to book elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

It seems you cannot reason with an unreasonable person. Lesson learnt.
We unfortunately had to pull our Mustang from this client hire due to a previous client (the day before) crashing while filming a music video. These things happen with car hire. Rendering the car unusable.
Our policy is to offer alternative cars which we did - Aston Martin DB9 or Rolls Royce to make sure a car was still in the mix for them. But We faced a tirade of expletives and totally ludicrous over the top unhinged anger over the phone while offering 3 or 4 solutions. A refund, a different car plus the Mustang on a different day for FREE!! Even while we could hear her boyfriend saying in the background he'd happily take the Aston... "i'll call you back in an hour" she said.
And a while later called back swearing and shouting for a refund AND to have a car TOO. No no it doesn't work like that. You don't shout the odds and then try and row back. We Again very calmly offered solutions to be met with a "I don't fkg care" and a drama filled hang up of the phone. That evening (11.30pm) and morning (8am now morning of hire) received a "so sorry about earlier can we still have a car" Laughable really when we offered exactly that but was met with nothing but resistance, hostility and threat!
Thankfully we have only had to cancel just one hire the day before when someone crashed a car. In that case the offer is the same. Different car, refund or reschedule. Seems also our competition who envy RNG will stop at nothing to take a cheap shot too...

It was an excellent surprise presemt…
It was an excellent surprise present for my wife’s birthday. We had booked lunch and overnight at Gravetye and at the last minute I asked her to take a different turn and towards Robbie’s place. She had no idea what was going on , and but we ended up at his converted stables and swapped cars into the speedster. She loved it and drove it around for the next couple of days to various great gardens in Sussex. Perfect couple of days and wonderful to do as a surprise. See my profile picture as evidence of a wonderful day.

I was needing a car for a photoshoot on Easter Sunday, I contacted Robbie the day before and he was able to make it all work with such short notice and doing everything he could to accommodate. The car itself was beautiful and would definitely recommend :)

I booked this as a 40th Birthday treat for a friend with a dream of driving a beautiful vintage car around the countryside and that's exactly what we got!
The service was amazing, Rob and his team were so professional and friendly from start to finish, always getting back to me promptly and with solutions based on what I needed. On the day we felt really looked after and had a great advise on the route. The RNG cars are all in amazing condition, looked after with love and look great.

She had just arrived from the US that morning and was thrilled to be so well taken care of by the founder of RNG Classics who is both charismatic and discreet.
