For sure, the RNLI organisation on the ground is a wonderful group of people delivering every day their skills, service, sacrifice and lives to those who need rescuing.

They are a group of people to be admired and I’m grateful for their dedication.

I stopped donating when I heard the CEO is paid a mouthwatering £175,000 annually.

This is ludicrous.

So my £300 a year donation covers a couple of hours of his time. Even before those on the ground are helped by donors, you’ve got to cover the salaries of its management and executive team.

£100,000 is plenty for a CEO. I’m not interested in those saying his value and market worth is greater. It isn’t really. This is the reason for my two star review.

Lots of wonderful footage of them pulling people from the sea…..

…..But absolutely none of illegal migrants being fished out of the channel.

Why? Aren’t they proud of facilitating the invasion?

Or could it be possible bequests would dry up if their taxi service antics were more widely known?

Constantly advertising for money from peoples wills I was thinking about leaving money in my will to RNLI but not for ferrying freeloaders, terrorists & god knows what so instead what is left of my money will go to funding the SSPCA. Instead of bringing these people to our country take them back to France.

The RNLI can't navigate their way to France and take people back to the EU continent that's why I'm not supporting them

I have always respected the RLNI but I no longer respect them and for what they stand for . Since they started being the taxi for Dover to bring the illegal immigrants to the UK this as caused the numbers if them increase drasticaly . And the RNLI will continue to do it I will not give any donations to this cause and alot of others feel this way to

I have recently cancelled my donation to RNLI after contributing for over 30 yrs and informed them that I had done so as a form of protest that they were being used as a ferry service for illegal immigrants . Who were actually were taking full advantage of the institutions goodwill , I also informed them that “maritime law” suggests that people at risk to the elements should be attended to and taken to the safety of the nearest safe shore ie. France if this had been done at the outset this would have actively discouraged them and not given them the incentive in the first place … I also informed that if this was actively achieved then I would gladly treble my contributions .. to which I have never received any form response ,

A dissatisfied contributor to an organisation that needs to understand why people object so strongly to their well meaning but damaging good intentions.

Great service now hijacked by our ever more corrupt government . Shameful !!!

Unbelievable they’re bring in all the immigrants and now they want £3 a month off us to keep fetching them in 😂

It's absolutely disgusting that some people think their life if worth more than someone else's. If it was their life I'm sure they would be saying something different.

To all those hard working volunteers that risk their lives for others, ignore the bigots and know that you are appreciated, keep up the good work!

To all the bigots that slag off the rnli remember they goto sea to save lives. They took an oath help eny one in trouble. They don't get paid for there time and risk there lives in all weathers. I'm sure you will be the first to call them if you are in trouble. They will always get my money

When I had my jet ski at Mudeford I would all ways put in the bucket. Looks like I wouldn’t get a look in these days if something went wrong. Never again not no more. RNLI in Poole must be school for do gooders and lefty’s.

Why are U begging on TV for money to rescue people.. navy sends boat out every day to rescue anyone from abroad. Scandalous.

The RNLI undoubtedly read the reviews concerned people/ patrons place here about their support other people traffickers. Yet they continue to pick up these unknown illegals whose backgrounds are unknown to us. There are hardened criminals among these illegals. For every violent act carried out against a British national, the RNLI has willingly played a part in the crime. I urge patrons to stop being naive and to cancel their donations to the RNLI immediately. Thank you.
