Very bad service.

Quoted us a price to ship very fast communication... Until they collected their money and they disappeared.
No communication no return calls or texts when I threatened to report to BBB they said they are negotiating transport and disappeared again kept me hanging almost a week no response no return calls no answers, scammers took my money and disappeared...

The worst company I have ever met. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from them.

Agreed to a contract to transport a car for $250. Then on the day of pickup, conveniently the "driver had an accident" but they had another who could pickup for $600. This is the second transport company to pull this scam this week, the other company's "truck broke down" and for the same $600 they could get it that day. Same scam different transport company. Same accents from the different service reps. Suspect they are not even located in the US.

Road Leenk quoted us a price for a transport from Detroit to Denver. We had called 10 other companies for quotes and choose Road Leenk as they were middle priced. They sent us a contract and requested a deposit, which we signed and paid. When it came time to transport the vehicle they told us ut would be $250 more. It didn't matter that we had a signed contract. It seemed to get your business and lock you in with the deposit and then pull a "switch-a-roo". It did not feel like honest business to me. Bumble Bee Carrier did an excellent job of transporting the vehicle safely and on time.

horrible company! they do not pay the transporters. beware.

Alan helped with my shipment while i was struggling with scammers. He was honest and professional. I would work again and will recommend it to my friends.

From my experience over the years, Alan is hands down the best auto broker I've ever dealt with. The guy is a total professional.

Total scam. Took their "fixed, final price" and paid a deposit (zelle/venmo- no credit cards. should have been first red flag) , with 2 weeks lead time.
day before the 3 day pickup window, still didn't have a carrier arranged... and now we're negotiating the price/ what a driver is willing to do it for.
When we finally reached an agreement, the driver showed up with a flatbed with no company logo, name written in chalk on the window... and he's "no habla Englais." So I have the owner/dispatcher trying to assuage my concerns.
Needless to say, I made other arrangements. And I'm eating the deposit, which they are claiming is now a cancelation fee.

First time trying to ship a vehicle for to military orders and after requesting quotes for pricing, decided to proceed with this company due to their seemingly fair price and additional weight allowance for shipping. Taylor sent me a contract, I signed and sent the 400$ "reservation fee" with the remaining balance due on delivery. The next morning, Taylor reached back out raising the price almost 200%, and I told them no that I am not paying that, and to refund me my money. After hours of back and forth, Taylor then said they are not able to refund me as they are not part of the finance office. I don't care, you inform the finance office to start the refund process then. Continuing on, hours later still back and forth of informing Taylor to refund me the money, and still nothing yet regarding that. Company is a scam.

I had an excellent experience with Road Leenk company for shipping my car. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The driver was professional, punctual, and handled my car with great care. I appreciated the frequent updates on my vehicle’s location, which gave me peace of mind. The delivery was right on time, and my car arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and trustworthy car transportation services!

Steve Jones, from this company contacted me via text message on December 27, 2024 to transport my inoperable Ford F150 from Grantville, PA to Cloverdale, CA. They contacted me again on January 2, 2025 to say they have a driver available for $2300. I said it's too much and they asked what was the max I would do and I responded $1600. Then this Steve Jones replied if I could sign a contract for pick up the following week on Wednesday January 8, 2025. I agreed and signed the contract which required a deposit of $400. I zelled the $400 deposit to their roadleenk email which is confirming that it is indeed this company. I asked for the driver details and he said he will provide it a day before pick up which would be Tuesday 7th January. I made arrangements with the car dealership to expect this company to pick up my car on the agreed date.They did not provide me a driver details by Tuesday January 7. Then on Wednesday morning they said he will arrive by the evening. Wednesday came and went and the dealership was upset with my for wasting their time prepping the vehicle for loading. I told Steve Jones to cancel the contract and refund my money. He immediately says a driver is available for Thursday and I asked whether it is still the same quote. He says its for $2600. I said No and told him to refund my deposit. Now he says it will take 10 business days to refund my deposit. How does it take 10 business days to zelle back what was immediately zelled to them. If I knew it takes 10 business day to refund I wouldn't even have considered them. At the time of this review I still have not received a refund. Testing Steve Jones this morning he 13th January, he states "Hello sir actually I'm not the responsible agent for refunds sir understand me" What a joke of a company.

Easy to work with these guys.
I had 2 vehicles needs to be transported from OK to NY. I'm a new baby in this business and I do not know how people transport their cars. Trevor contacted me from Road Leenk while I was not expecting anybody and promised to take care of the job. That's complicated to trust someone you have not seen before. I had not been charged till my cars are picked up and that's reason how i made sure these people run a legit business. I'd definitely recommend Road Leenk everybody who is in need of shipping a car. And I thank you Trevor a lot
