Five star service! My representative Erika was vey responsive and polite. I was kept apprised of the process at each step. I was overwhelmed about what seemed like it would be a daunting process. I do not have a great credit score but Chrysler Capital / Santander gave me a very great and surprisingly reasonable rate. I am glad I worked directly with this service as opposed to going to the dealership. I absolutely recommend it.
