I would like to express my deep gratitude to Mr. Sellar and his team for helping me in my case. Everyone I have talked to told me the best result could be achieved is to get 6 points on my driving licence. He and his team helped me to get only 3 points which was beyond my expectations! Dominic was very helpful throughout the case which lasted 12 months total. Very honest and straightforward when speaking to me. The case of ‘Drunk in Charge’ was ready to go to trial twice, and on the second occasion he managed to persuade the crown of our defence and had the entire case thrown out without me even being in attendance, I was too busy on a lunch break eating a sausage roll!

What can I say? I couldn't have chosen a better lawyer to take on my case. He was outstanding and very professional. I was expecting to get more than 9 points or even have my license taken off me, but because of Dominic, i only got 3 points and a fine of £240. Originally, I had chosen a different lawyer, but I wasn't satisfied with him. Then I found Dominic, and he took his time out to listen to me and advised what was best for me to do. Dominic emails you back on the same day, even if it's not a working day. If you ask him to call you, he will make sure he calls you back on that day. Dominic is the best road traffic lawyer out there I can’t recommend him high enough
He took on a case for me when there was a good chance I could lose my license he not only won my case but also managed to get all the charges to not guilty so I was very pleased with this result
So if you need a lawyer for any road traffic case at all then speak with Dominic best there is in my opinion and also he kept me up to date with everything too

As a young person who lives in England, receiving a summons for an offence in Glasgow was already a massive headache as well as the charge against me for dangerous driving meaning I would have been banned for a minimum of 1 year. Dominic guided me through the process and he managed to negotiate on my behalf to a plea of a lesser charge to careless driving which meant no ban was imposed. I cannot recommend Dominic enough as without him I would not of have had a clue where to start or what to do.

Dominic is very calm, confident and professional who always kept me in the loop and was available any time on the phone or email to answer any questions I had. (Not having a clue, I had many!). This let me put my mind to ease knowing that he was dealing with it for me. We also met prior to the trial to prepare for the case which helped with me going into the day of court with no idea on what the process was like. This gave me confidence and complete understanding of what was happening and what to do.
