I don’t rate at ALL LaLoveFashion!!!! Avoid. They have not delivered parcel that was arranged in November. Last response from Weize Lin was “ I recommend checking with neighbors or nearby businesses to see if they might have received the package on your behalf. Additionally, I encourage you to contact your local post office or delivery carrier, as they may have more details about the final delivery location” when I said that the business the parcel was to go to was not delivered and a request to exactly ‘where’ the safe place was that the courier apparently left the parcel.
These people are dodgy- customer service is shotty. I want the parcel or refund for no delivery and not getting either or any clear response.

Waited weeks for delivery, no tracking given at all, clothes arrived and look home made and sizes not accurate. Tried to send them back for refund, emailed them multiple time, responded in beginning but now nothing. I think this is a scam company…. Do not buy from them.

The company seem ok but the delivery they use is pretty ordinary. 9 days later no update on my expected delivery - tracking number shows nothing at all. La love did not help in any way.

I had an awful experience with this purchase . It’s truly scam, very bad quality and they will not refund your money.

I paid for expediated delivery from this company. The tracking email arrived saying the garments were coming from the US. I was surprised. The next email said the goods were coming via Canada and the next showed the garments coming from China. Then a tracking update saying the goods had been delivered to Cardif. But nothing arrived here. Mysteriously, the original multi national tracking journey has been scrubbed from the servers, and all links lead to the same path can contridicts all other tracking I received - including 5 further tracking notifications that were dated after the parcel, according to PayPal, had been delivered to me. I will update this review if I receive a full refund. But the company have so far failed to respond to my emails.

I can’t believe how this company still can work with this type of service. I bought a dress and after 4 weeks delivery, I received my package. Unbelievably disappointed and it was not what was described in website. Very poor quality and cheap material. I request refund and sent the item but haven’t received the money. Please don’t buy anything from this rubbish company.

I am so disappointed with my purchase. It looks scam as I bought several pieces for around £70 and after a month waiting for delivery, I received them but they all wasn’t as was described with a very poor quality . I requested the refund and I posted them back straight away but haven’t received the money yet after nearly 3 months. Not happy 😡

This company is a scam! They lead you to believe the items are from california(its really china) The quality and fabric is not as promised. It is nothing like the pictures portrayed on the site. All around garbage and they would not refund… threatening that it is too expensive for me to send back the package…. Run!! from this company and website!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CINESE COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUTS THIS SITE.
The clothes are not what you see in the pictures.
Quality is very, very cheep. I ordered a linen and cotton clothing and they sent me
poliestere 35 % and 65 % cotton.
Moreover the clothing is ill-fitting.
I bought a 3XXL and it does not fit the bust.
You cannot return the item and get your money once you realize how cheep is the
material and they do not refound you .
Forget it !!!

The fabric on this one is a little thinner than the red one I ordered last year. Also the pink is not really pink—more peachy.

The gown was so gorgeous that I decided to wear it for an all-night event on a cruise.

I bought the dress in a size bigger than usual. It’s a bit looser than I’d like, but I think it will fit better after I wash it.

If I could give this company a zero star rating, I would do it. First, they charge me US$20 extra than my order total. I emailed them and asked them to adjust, which was then corrected. Then they sent me clothes that were too small, too cheap looking, and awkwardly designed.
Front and back of clothes are exactly the same pattern as if made for flat people. No consideration for where the chest or bottom would go. No tag to indicate where is the back, either. Loose threads hanging everywhere. Not at all what was in the pictures. I asked to refund and I asked for a return address. They wouldn’t allow a return and would not provide a return address. They offered me a $10 refund on $100 US dollar order, after weeks of going back-and-forth, they offered me $20 refund, which I did not take. Don’t waste your money. Buy from a reputable retailer, unless you want to throw your money away.

Don't even think about ordering!
I ordered linen and cotton clothing, they sent me polyester!!
I asked for a refund, they refused to give me a return address, said that it would be too expensive for postage and offered to refund $3!!!

Don’t trust them, their products are cheap and not real linen .. they have no proper return policy in place so if you are not happy with their clothes you can’t get your money back .. or have to send it to China which is not worth it . They offered me $6 to keep the products and when I refused they just add $2 to the offer .. I have taken the issue with PayPal but I don’t think it will go anywhere..
Please don’t trust them ..

This company is selling from China and they are extremely untrustworthy!! I ordered two items both in large, which is my normal size. The dress arrived, amazingly huge, and the shirt of the same size was tiny! On top of it all, the material was cheap, like cheese cloth with very little thread, not real linen!! I tried to return the items and they would not allow me!! First they offered to credit me five dollars if I would keep them, when I said no, I cannot use these items because they don’t fit, they emailed back they would credit me seven dollars. I said no I don’t want the items, and they emailed me back, saying give them as a gift! I tried to return through PayPal, and the dispute was made to drag on because they kept asking me to send a picture of this and when I did they claimed they didn’t receive it, and I have to take pictures of the items and send them again, and then all of a sudden,Boop, the time is up! Beware!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

Purchased 2 dresses for $66. With free shipping. 30 days later the wrong dresses arrived. Seller said: could fix it if I sent tracking info, when I did they said they could not fix it because the item I paid for was unavailable, they offered me $7 as restitution. Not enough. As I got PayPal involved I realized I was actually charged $79. Seller tried to close our PayPal dispute by returning the overcharge. I escalated the case. As I await response, I happened to find the seller steals all product images from Visual Art Fashion.

Beware of any seller that just crops faces off all models. Probably stolen images and fake products.

If I could give a big fat zero I would, but I have to give at least 1 star to be able to warn you. This company is terrible, I purchased a dress and a top and pants set. It was most definitely not linen and certainly not cotton as they claim. On the tag thats attached to their clothing it says 100 % polyester cotton.I went according to their size chart and unfortunately the top and pants were way too tight and they sent the wrong dress. When I sent an email with all the details and a screen shot of the original order, they asked for a picture of the codes on the bags the arrived in, then proceeded to tell me they sent the correct items and if I'm not happy just give it to someone else. At least 12 emails later, since only 25.6.24, they are still adamant they have done the right thing even though I have sent copies of my purchase and advised they clearly did not send the correct dress and I wanted to exchange for a size that actually fits they offered me a token amount of money and complained to me they are only a small company and can't do this, it would be very expensive. Please note this is not sour grapes, I understand things can go wrong but when they refuse to help as it's expensive for them to return and replace, that's not fair. The nerve of this company is appalling, FORGET THEM AND DO NOT BUY!!!!!
