Kirsty helped us through lockdown and is still continuing to give. During lockdown she hosted several raw and emotional webinar check ins to help us reconnect and normalise the situations we were all in. She's a powerhouse. If you've not read her book, I advise it highly. Every chapter I was stopping to write notes. Her confidence live conferences were a total breath of fresh air, taking back what smaller cities need and giving back to local areas rather than funding London. She provides tools to help you better yourself, but is so honest and real about everything without the unnecessary sugar coating nonsense. I'm a better speaker because of her.

I read Kirsty's book and then she joined us at the online book club. What an inspiring person and fabulous energy to be around. Loved the book, the suggestions, the ideas and Kirsty's personal answers to my questions which I've taken on board. My training starts with a stat rather than who I am! Cheers for that nugget!

Honestly incredible. I did Kirsty's Confidence Now! course to boost my confidence in public speaking. The eight-week course was incredibly inspiring and interesting, and is so much more than just confidence - Kirsty has taught us tools for wider work and life itself. Slowly but surely, something has changed in me these last few months. I suddenly realised last week while presenting to a group of colleagues that this would have broken me out in a cold sweat, but i didn't bat an eyelid, and dare i say, i enjoyed it! The ongoing support from Kirsty during and after the programme has been really helpful too and i'm so grateful. I'd highly reccommend.

I'd been through coaching, mindfulness and other motivational stuff, and still felt something is missing. When Kirsty sent a newsletter about Confidence NOW! I immediately applied.

To be honest, I don't know how Kirsty did it, but something changed. I can't put finger on it and am not able to find rational reasons... I was slightly skeptical during the program but then, something broke... In a good way. All those doubts, fears and worries have been so tiny or not even there. Suddenly, I've found myself completely calm and confident in situations I would be freaking out few weeks ago. If you feel the same way, I can only recommend to go for Kirsty's confidence training.

I’ve been a big fan of Kirsty’s work for a good while, so I was really excited to finally get to do her Confidence Now training. I loved the whole experience. Not only is Kirsty herself so inspiring and knowledgeable, with an approach that’s really pragmatic, humorous and supported by neuroscience, she also taught us how to appreciate ourselves for who we are. Rather than trying to be anyone different, Kirsty repositioned our aim for the course in aspiring to be more ourselves, which was so refreshing. Helping us to see how we’re already good enough, through valuable self-reflection and group sharing activities, is naturally followed by more confidence. It was also fascinating to learn about the psychology behind the idea of confidence and how we present ourselves to the world. This underpinned the whole process of better understanding ourselves, knowing where we can make adjustments to our mindset and going after what we want.

The roar training is beyond expectations! I learned a lot with Kirsty about confidence and its application. I am so glad I took the training. It changed my perception and application of confidence. I see the effects now in my life, especially professionally. Highly recommended!

I took Kirsty's communication workshops and learned so much in such a short space of time. From accessing empathy to active listening, I now have tools that I am putting into practice to help me communicate more effectively with my coworkers and clients. It goes beyond that though, even how I talk with my friends and family has improved.

Where do I even start? Kirsty gave me that kick in the bu** I needed after being made redundant last year to get the motivation to move forward with confidence. Her training programme was invaluable to me in my professional development, and no doubt would be to any ambitious individual (or company), looking to transform the way they think and operate.

Kirsty really knows how to engage with her audiences in an entertaining way. She knows how to get to the point in a timely manner and how to ensure that her words are memorable. She personalizes her words and it is evident that she speaks from experience and from the heart. She's a delight to listen to and is really great at motivating me to be my best possible self. Keep up the good work kirsty!

'Scared and ready' is what I took from Kirsty's last webinar. Procrastination holds me back, so this resonated and I try to remember it to move forward. Lively and relatable, Kirsty's webinars hit home and give lots of nudges for thought and action. Brilliant!
