I would rate it 0 I believe it to be a fake company I never received a reply for my order or merchandise. It is also known as Rovaraecho I thought I was helping out a good cause n would also benefit from the merchandise but that is not the case DO NOT TRUST THEM

Worst experience ever! Never again!! Got scammed so bad waited 2 months for nothing, and no refund!!

Said 2 weeks for delivery. I emailed after 4 weeks to ask where Montirex order was and got this. Its been another 2 weeks and ive emailed asking to cancel order. Clearly a scam hoping you forget what you ordered.

If I can give this website a 0 I would, PLEASE do not order from these, I ordered montirex clothing, but the website has changed and is now watches etc, it is a total scam and you will not receive your order!!

Ordered and paid for x mas tree now there saying my order number and tracking number is no data found saying it’s on its way but always offline looks like I’ve been duped once again £45 for a tree I’m not receiving cannot even get a refund as it not on

If I can give 0 stars I would. I ordered what I thought was a MONTIREX black puffer jacket on the 15th October. And still says not shipped ( 11th November) Absolutely gutted as this was a Christmas present, I sent an email to customer service and it’s so apparent that they’re a scam. More disappointing that I came across these on TikTok. Took me straight to this website when I clicked on it, I thought it was the MONTIREX website. Stay away.
