Carolyn Campbell at Robb Residential was excellent , proactive and diligent
Whole process was smooth

Robb Residential have been amazing since the day we approached them about managing our properties. Our communication with them has been friendly, prompt, efficient, resulting in finding solution to every problem we faced while updating our properties that had been somewhat neglected prior to that. We now feel in full control of the process while being guided by Robb Residential's very professional and experienced team.

This is such a wonderful agency, they went above and beyond for us when our previous agency let us down. They were so fast in helping us and I cannot thank them enough for finding us the perfect flat. If you are looking to rent, I 100% recommend these guys as they are so professional, kind and bubbly people to talk to!

Excellent Customer Service and professional advice from the start of the sale process to completion. Extremely proactive, professional polite and courteous. An enjoyable experience.

The Lettings team at Robb were an absolute pleasure to deal with...helpful, professional, informative and clearly committed to exceptional standards. As a first time (and hands-off) landlord, their full management support was incredibly valuable, guiding me safely through the whole process from preparing the property and achieving legal compliances to screening/selection of tenants. Their marketing was fresh and effective, achieving multiple viewings within days, and new tenants moving in the week after going live. What a positive experience!

Jacqueline and her team, helped me through a very difficult time, making the experience as easy and stressful as possible. It was very much appreciated, i'd highly recommend the company for their professionalism and friendly manner. Thank you

We purchased a property through Robb Residential in July, we were living in England at the time. All the way through the process Carolyn was so helpful and her communication was always fantastic, always keeping us in the loop. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

They quality of customer service is exceptional and I would recommend them without a doubt and will definitely be using them in the future. They deserve to win.

Worked with Robb Residential as a contractor on a number of successful jobs to date. The staff, particularly Karen and Rachel, have been great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Look forward to working together with them for years to come.
