The worst customer service ever. I am so very disappointed by the lack of support and consideration. i paid for an in person event pre-covid that never happenned. They shifted to an online course, which clearly is not what I intented… after a couple of years of back and forth and a lot of bad faith on their part I am told that the window to be refunded has elapsed.. What a fluke. Mister Sharma does not walk his talk.. No congruence whatsover. Don’t waste your time or money.

I bought the 5am book and it is unnecessarily long and tedious. Robin Sharma needs to apply the time management skills he professes to teach. Most of the really valuable content could be provided on 1 or 2 pages. Some assertions are plain wrong.

I had enrolled for ' The magnificent year mentor' last year. They re-packaged some videos from their previous course and started selling it as a new life changing course!!

I have had high regard for this person but i am shell shocked 😨

He says that in a business one must give 10X value to the customer !! Really you fraud!!

Update: 8th Feb. Received email from support with log in details. I'm in. Alas, when promotion says 3-5 minutes to receive product and it takes 2 days it leaves one wondering. I've had problems with these guys b4 unauthourised deducting from my credit card. Aside from that, product is good, just leaves a bad taste.
- Robin sharma Habit camp is fake. Did not receive product or receipt of payment. Support email do not respond. Beware.

I subscribed to the course "Magnificent Year Mentor" which it's supposed to include a weekly session for the whole 52 weeks of the 2023, however they only uploaded 23 lessons and just 3 or 4 useful because the others lessons is exactly the same that the Manifesto book, he is even reading the book in the video, so... just don't buy the courses, just read the books because it's the same. BTW the app sucks. I admire his books but he doesn't know how to manage this mentor and courses thing

I loved Robin Sharma, but how they handle their subscriptions is strange. You cancel but its not canceled

I have been a big fan of Robin Sharmas, and I own 3 of his books. However, I was super gutted this week by my experience with his customer care specialist, Resy. I tried to receive a refund for an online program I subscribed to, his "Magnificent Year Mentor" program, because it had promised weekly mentoring videos for 52 weeks (yes, it promised this, I have the advertisement saved), but then it stopped uploading after 23 videos.

I've been back and forth 3 times and now I'm being ignored, but they tried to gas-light me into thinking that the correct interpretation of the course was that it is a "52 week commitment" on my part, and I should just be rewatching videos... this is of course, completely incorrect, and luckily I have proof saved of the original advertisement. Overall, the emails I received were extremely patronizing and deceitful.. the exact opposite of what I would expect from Robin Sharma.

I paid 10 days ago for the THE TOTAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM and received login details for nation . robinsharma . com/login, which are wrong and I can't login.

I sent 3 emails asking for support to support robinsharma.com, but I have not received any answer already 10 days. TOTAL FROUD! I will ask my bank for return.

UPDATE on 25. May. Finally more than 10 days later they have responded They provided another login details and this time these were not working again with google Chrome browser, but at least they were working with Firefox. Unbelievable world class. Let see what is coming next.

What a scam! I actually purchased the masterclass, none of which will lead and comes up with error messages page not found, it keeps redirecting back to main page. I have just filed a complaint form with my bank for return of funds. Do not purchase, total scam.

What a massive scam. His customer service never responds, yet if you listen to his content, he talks about being world class, leading a world class team.

This guy is a fraud. No wonder he quit his in person events.

I subscribed to the "Your Magnificent Year Mentor" course on 15th Jan 2023 since I wanted to check it out and there was a 10-day moneyback guarantee. I didn't like the course and wanted to cancel it, but surprise - there is no option to contact the customer support team on their website Robin Sharma Nation. Had to google their email finally. But all my emails to customer support team have fallen on deaf ears. There is no option to cancel the subscription on my profile page also in Robin Sharma Nation website. Sent messages on the website, sent emails to support team, left messages on community board, but no response.
Oh and btw, I was told I'd be charged 47usd, but was charged 99usd and an extra course (which I didn't want) was bundled on me.

RS is a great example of a wolf in sheep's clothing. All the values he espouses - to serve others, to create world-class business etc. is nothing but hogwash when this is how he runs his own business. NEVER buy from him.

I ordered a course that was on offer. In connection with the order, there are more and more offers, and in the end, my account has been debited every month for the amount in question, which had to be paid only once. Robin Sharma is nothing but a scammer and you shouldn't buy anything from him.
