I received the order within 2 days, it was beautifully wrapped. It hasn't been opened yet as its for mum's birthday in a couple of weeks.

I had done web searches and was careful to make a wise decision when choosing my cat. I watched the video and read reports and that gave me the confidence to buy. I had occasion to telephone as there was a delay in delivery and spoke to a nice, helpful lady. She dealt with it Immediately (shipment just come in) and received it next day. I am pleased with my purchase and we are getting to know each other. Seemingly rather random responses are cute as it gives authenticity to an already impressively made "pet".

I've never ordered from this company before but I have been very pleased with my recent order . The site is easy to navigate & payment is simple & quick. Delivery time was excellent & free delivery a bonus .
Freckles the dog is incredible, Mom has dementia & very much misses her own dog but she's definitely in love ! Everyone who's met Freckles is amazed & in no time are chatting to him as if he's real . I may never have a real dog again !!

Great company, priduct sent really quickly. My mum who has dementia abd alzheimers absolutely lives her cat and it jas brought her so much comfirtvand joy. 2 other ladies in the care home now have their own cats after theor relatives saw my mum with hers and its so heartwarming to see them all with them. They are so realistic and respond to their voices and touch ❤️

I contacted Robopets prior to purchasing an item from their store as I had a question regarding delivery. Robopets responded quickly and were extremely helpful. The item I purchased was extremely good quality and was exactly as described on the website. My daughter loves it. The free gift wrap option was brilliant.

Great product- great diversion and entertainment for both my parents with dementia. However the instructions could do with explaining the dog’s function more specifically and how to activate them also a battery power indicator would be great - a rechargeable battery would be fantastic. Highly recommend this item 👍😊.

This small robotic dog is a wonder drug! I placed the order in the morning, and by the next day, Pongo had arrived.
In the few days he has been with us, my 97 yo mother has been chatting away and really enjoying the interaction.
I can't thank you enough, I think that everyone who lives alone and feels cut off, should have one of these - just brilliant.

Such a fast delivery, I received this item, which was the tuxedo cat backpack, the next day after I ordered it. I couldn’t believe it came with its own comb. This item is so lovely I’ve decided to just keep it on my bedside cabinet. I can’t bear the thought of the weather ruining it. I don’t Think it will be long before i order a twin, the service I received was fantastic and I shall certainly be back, Star rating? My mum ordered one and it is truly amazing so realistic and lifelike she is so in love with it absolutely adorable there was a slight delay with receiving it but not sellers fault but was certainly worth the wait as a cat lover myself I cannot recommend them enough they are wonderful
