Don’t buy Rob Parkers stone stripper. It doesn’t work and should be withdrawn from sale. I purchased this product from Stoneworld, Oxfordshire. It cost £57 for a small bottle!! I am awaiting a refund. I would ask the company to provide any scientific evidence that this product works.

Do not buy Rob Parker’s Conclear concrete remover - it does not remove the dried on concrete . I followed the instructions completely , not allowing the product to dry out and it did absolutely nothing to the concrete . It was a total costly waste of time and I did it twice .

I bought it because it came out top when I searched on the internet for the best concrete remover . It was expensive and the postage was really expensive but if it had done the job it would have been worth it . It did not remove any of the concrete , the concrete was old ( we inherited it ) but from what I had read it sounded perfect for the job .

Do not buy it , you will waste your money - I won’t bother contacting the company now I have read the other reviews as again it seems pointless from what I have read here. Very disappointed .

I first started using the rust remover a few years ago to remove orange rust stains that would seep out of my Indian sandstone and it was amazing, the orange stains would be gone, they would appear again some time later but would be less and less each time until eventually there were just a few stains left so I ordered some more last year but this time it was useless I may as well have just poured water on it as it did nothing. I phoned and spoke to someone who told me that they had had to change an ingredient in the solution but doesn't affect the performance, well they are wrong as it did. They said they would send me another bottle incase it was a dodgy batch. After waiting considetable time and another phone call they eventually sent it out which again done nothing. I am so dissapointed that this product doesnt work any more as it was brilliant before so therefore I will not be purchasing any more so please do not waste your money on this product as its not cheap

My only complaint is that they won’t deliver to Ireland ! I would like to purchase the product

After sending photos in I was advised the product I need to remove the cement is CONCLEAR… Zero result I contacted them straight away & was told “the cement must be resin based if Conclear hasn’t worked what you need is STONE STRIPPER”…

I asked very clearly “ Will it definitely do the job” yes was the reply paint it on thick leave it for an hour take it off… Zero result it didn’t touch it, I spoke to Sam she was polite saying “ we’ve never had this before ( really ) I’ll speak to our chemist”…
I said I’ll call you later this afternoon could you ask if a refund is possible as both products have failed!… I sent the photos in of the Zero result of both ROB PARKERS BEST products, got passed through to Sam who then passed me straight through to Ellie…

All I can say about Ellie is 0/10 for customer service! Ellie just defended ROB PARKERS BEST products trying to put all blame on me… saying “ you must have applied it incorrectly! & you should have left it for 24 hours “not” an hour…

the simple verbal instructions were “paint it on thick leave it for an hour then take it off” ( same as on the label )… As I read it “ 5 layers of paint may need 24 hours )… my verdict! Both “CONCLEAR & STONE STRIPPER” are totally useless! What a shame photos can’t be uploaded I’d like to show the Zero result of both these products… 0/10 for the products & 0/10 for customer support

I have collected my own video and photo footage showing how incredible this product is.
It is guaranteed to remove or reverse any rust caused naturally or by using strong brick acid as I will post on my SOUTHPOINT REPOINTING channel on YouTube

If anyone tells you using diluted brick/patio cleaner containing only hydrochloric acid (Cementone Patio Cleaner) to clean up pointing on grey sandstone will be ok - you will make the mistake I made. A day after, the light grey stone was dry, it was a mess with orange/brown staining all over the 32m2.

I called StoneWorld and talked over the possibility 'Rob Parkers Best Rust Stain Remover' might remove my disastrous result. I can honestly say this product and the company is amazing, and with some dilution with water, the product completely removed the staining on the complete patio. The price point is well worth it and I highly recommend it. If you, like me make a mistake with brick acid.

Bought Rob Parker’s Best Rust Stain Remover to remove small rust stains on slate paving. Followed the instructions but it had absolutely no effect, even using it undiluted. Total waste of money.

After recently laying new sandstone slabs we used the wrong cleaning product which left orange marks all over the tiles. We tried other solutions with no joy, however Rob Parker worked with amazing results!

I don’t usually write reviews but …. Wow.
I over cleaned my newly laid Kandla Grey sandstone paves. Turned yellow ! Looked bloody awful. I sprayed ratio 1 to 5 parts water and left each pave for ten minutes then power washed clean. If stain remained repeated process. Cracking results. So bloody relieved. Can now brush in the grout and finish the job !!

Removed reddish staining from new Grey Kandla sand stone patio but staines reappeared after a couple of days, I retreated tiles and again it worked but stains have once again reappeared, I have followed the instructions given with no positive results overall I am very dissapointed with this product.

I would like to give Stoneworld (Oxfordshire) a five star review. I cannot recommend them more highly.
From the start of my visit to their showroom I have only had 5 star service and support which has continued right through purchasing and to the delivery of my order.
A delightful well informed team who go out of their way to help. Combined with great stock and easy to look at examples of stone etc that they have available.

Brilliant product and does what it says - I mixed it with a splash of water (90% RPB, 10% water) and found it best when put over the whole slab. Left for 15 mins and washed off. Brilliant. Relieved that all the rust spots or rust colouring has gone. While quite pricey, nothing compared to what you've paid for the paving slabs.

Was doubtful about whether Rob Parkers best rust remover would work however it completely restored our orange patio back to grey. Would definitely recommend this product.

I had natural sandstone paving laid 3 years ago. The installer gave me acid to get rid of specs. This acid caused awful patches on my brand new patio as it shouldnt be used with sandstone. Caused me unbelievable frustration and was debating getting a new patio with a new company. I came across this online after trying many other cheaper products. Cant describe how happy this has made me. Honestly dont bother with anything else. Wish I could attach pictures!

I recently had my garden done with natural sandstone slabs which cost me a fortune, I was advised to buy patio cleaner to clean up the excess mess which then left me extremely upset as this product had acid in, Leaving my complete garden a total mess with dark rust discoloured slabs ( I was mortified ) I tried everything possible to clean them up! I brought Rob Parker’s Best Rust Remover which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY, THIS PRODUCT IS TOTALLY AMAZING which brought my garden back to new! I can’t thank them enough, thank you 😀

I have a newly laid large raj sandstone patio that has recently been laid and I made a huge mistake using my usual diluted ‘patio cleaner’ to clean it. I had checked with the store where I buy the cleaner that it was suitable and was told it should be but use dilute and test first. I tested one slab which was ok for 24 hours so I did the rest of the patio. Over a few days horrible orange rusty patches began appearing and I was devastated, having spent thousands on a lovely new patio. I saw the reviews for Rob Parker’s best rust remover online and it sounded exactly what I needed. I rang to check this product was suitable for sandstone and was told it was. The rust remover arrived promptly within 2 days and I was thrilled with the results. All the orange has gone and my patio looks new again - phew! It also removed rust spots from fertiliser than had been sprayed onto some brick work when the lawn was treated and removed rust spots from where my metal plant pot and fire pit were placed on the patio. It also removed small spots of cement from when the builder laid the patio. It is a miracle product. Just be careful when using it and follow the instructions. I used it as suggested diluted with 10 parts water and it removed rust patches with 10 minutes. It is quite pricey but I would argue that it’s worth every penny. I got through a 1 litre bottle to treat a large patio. As with all the other reviews here, it is a fantastic product and you get what u pay for. It saved my patio from disaster. I have realised by going online how many other people have made the same mistake using brick acid described as ‘patio cleaner’ on easily marked natural stone. I won’t be making that mistake again! Thank you for this amazing product.

I Used Conclear cement remover on my newly tiled roof,to remove set cement marks left by the roofers.Unwise to use either jet wash or brick acid.Happy to report that it works,no more stains.

A fantastic product that quickly got rid of orange stains on our newly laid Indian stone patio.

After a quick search, we discovered orange stains and spots of rust are a natural occurrence in Indian stone from iron oxide in the stone that rises to the surface from damp conditions. Rob Parkers Rust Remover certainly did the trick, and within 15 minutes of treatment, the stains had vanished. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone experiencing the same issues we had.
