A great offer that was well worth the small amount it cost. An opportunity to try out products I had never used before and I was extremely happy with the ones in my box. I've been using the products for a few weeks and reckon I may be a convert! Well done Roccabox!

Did not receive the products ordered
Did not receive the products ordered! Requesting a refund as disappointed with the service.
Purchased 28th May they said it was dispatched on 31st May (in an email), after chasing twice they admitted that it wasn't dispatched until the 5th June, still not received anything. The two dates are 6 days apart!!
Will not be purchasing from this company again!!

Having reviewed the Royal Mail tracking, the parcel was marked as despatched by us on 30th May; however, Royal Mail's tracking shows that the item was never subsequently scanned into their network and remained at the "We're expecting it" stage.
As a result, and in line with the communication from our Customer Service team, a full refund was processed yesterday so that you are not left out of pocket. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this delivery issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. 🎀✨

Having reviewed the tracking, it appears that Royal Mail encountered an issue with the delivery, and the parcel has remained within their network without being successfully delivered.

Great price great goodies and well smiles all round, great product. This particular offer had something in it for everyone here. I Would definitely treat us all again. My daughter has acne and found the moisturiser good. It was light and didn't break her out.
