Also, letztes Jahr im Juli hatte ich Ware bestellt und war sehr gespannt. Als die Ware kam war ich sehr enttäuscht. Qualität nicht gut, Größe hat nicht gepasst. Seit 1 Jahr versuche ich mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, aber keine Antwort. Transaktionen liefen schief, bei PayPal keine Hilfe bekommen. Die Ware ist schon längst wieder beim Händler und diese wurde bis jetzt nicht bearbeitet. Ich bin sehr sauer, wenn ich Pech habe sind 106€ einfach mal so flöten gegangen. Ja und somit habe ich jetzt die Bestätigung von Paypal das man nichts mehr machen kann. Ich hoffe ihr seid zufrieden mit der Abzocke, die ihr macht !!! Bis heute keine email oder Rückerstattung erhalten.

Here are the reasons for a 1 star rating:
1). It felt phishy when I made the order. When I completed the first order, there was no email confirmation, as you would normally get from other eCommerce. I thought the order did not go through. So I made another order right away. And still no confirmation. Not until a day or two later I suddenly got text message, which at first I thought was spam.
2). When the items arrived, they are very disappointing. The actual quality is much worse than the pictures. And the tops I ordered just do not fit and they are not flatting at all.
3). When I tried to contact the customer services team, the responses were super slow. It took them a few days to get back to me with one simple reply. And any email reply took another few days. It felt forever to get one issue resolved.
4). And the return policy just sucks! There is no return, only for exchange. And the exchange location is in China! So if you are located in countries other than China, you have to pay shipping fees! The other option is they give you a little discount as for credit for future purchase. Which is useless! I don't think I would make any future purchase given the bad experience I have had with the current orders.

I was worried because it was an overseas mail order, but I was very relieved because I was able to respond quickly and politely.

Shopping was done from the site and the full amount was paid for 15 pieces , more than a month ago, only one of them arrived and the rest is pending in the shipping process so far. I will not shop on this site again for slow delivery

The sizes don't match normal sizes. They are way smaller. Also, they are a scam if you want to return anything, which you will unless you get incredibly lucky that is matches your size. They give you a "discount" instead of your money back. You cannot use your "discount" (which should be your $ due to returning an item or if an item never ships, which also happened to me) with their normal discounts, which means your "refund" is fake because they've falsely elevated their prices so much that you actually pay more, with no $ back.

I admit that it is hard to choose, so the choice of these beautiful clothes is big and envious for their styles; very neat and designs! And very easy to order!

Poor quality. I bought Nuria Loose T-Shirt. It is tight at the good level, size S fits good and is relevant to my usual size. But...

The fabric is of poor quality. On the label it's said to be 95% cotton and just 5% spandex. It's unsuitable for training. It still would be ok for daily wear if not the back side which is in the main picture on their webside. Mesh panels are barely transparent, it looks nowhere near like in the picture.

Don't buy it :-(

Loving my new top. Buying online is never easy but Rock Active make it that bit easier cause they take the pressure off if something isn't right. But the top is great! I especially love the back of it! The fabric is a little bit tighter than I expected but I love it! Will definitely be buying from Rich Active again

I like the clothes however the sizing is really hard to figure out and it's too expensive to send things back. I've ordered six items and I'm only able to wear one. So that ends up to be a pricey item.

Abbiamo ordinato il 7 aprile 2019 degli articoli che dopo 65 giorni sono ancora “in spedizione”. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso come previsto dalla legge europea (dopo 30 giorni di ritardo dalla data concordata si può recedere dal contratto di acquisto ed essere rimborsati). Dopo oltre 10 mail hanno offerto un buono di acquisto oppure di spendere 25 euro per una spedizione espressa. La compagnia è inesistente nel senso cha ha sede formalmente in Spagna ma il numero di telefono è inesistente. Tutte le risposte arrivano dalle Filippine. È solo una vetrina su Facebook ma dietro c’è il nulla.
Abbiamo aperto una richiesta di arbitrato presso la Comunità Europea per il rimborso.
Io eviterei questa compagnia e quelle satellite come ActiveWears come la peste.

I have ordered a tip last year November 2018 still hasn’t arrived!!! Have been I contacted constantly they then said they sent me a replacement in January this year!! Still not item and then they said the item they supposedly resent said they haven’t got it in stock I can order something else for same price or get a voucher!!! I’m sorry but I would never order anything ever again!! This is the biggest joke going no offer off a refund!!!
I think I have made a massive mistake ordering from them!!! My advice don’t bother if you do you will get no items or crap versions of what you see on line!! I wouldn’t know as I haven’t received anything!!!! Quick enough to take your money!!! Scam does ring bells!!! If I do receive item I really didn’t want and it’s good quality I will review but so far Zero!!!!!

The tank was really cool and the long sleeve gray hoodie is really nicely made. However!! I’m certain the sizes run small. I’m a solid medium and need the large. It took over one month to receive my order, but I do love both items. I’m probably going to order lattes and give the mediums to a small friend.

I wish I’d done my research on the company and never wasted my money. The products are poorly made and making returns are impossible. It’s too bad that there’s no way to shut down companies like this who falsely advertise with pictures that are nothing like the product they make.

The website is nice but is not pleasant at all that when I ordered 3 products, one of them was not available to ship to my address and I only got notification of this after paying, worst is I was offered only to either choose something of the same price or get a coupon but not a reimbursement and when I did ask for reimbursement I was completely ignored.
The tracking system is not to trust either, it almost never updates and after I received my tracking number I had to wait more than a week in order for it to actually have information.
The products are nice once they arrive but the rest gave me a horrible experience.

The leggings came in and they are sooooo incredibly thin. Very cheaply made. The styles look awesome on me, but i'm also very thin. I could easily see this material showing your undergarments after a few washes so beware ladies! I'd like to return and I reached out to the company a day ago, still haven't heard anything back.

There is a white top that I ordered that still hasn’t come in. The other 2 items (black top and grey tights) arrived, but I am still short an item.

Honestly the shopping experience with Rock Active has been awesome. I ordered two tops one was a bit big so I requested a refund and they were quick to react! They offered a refund if I sent it back or a discount code on a future purchase if I wanted to keep the item. Super easy to work with! They will keep my business for sure.

I was skeptical at first (low prices) but the fabric was of high-quality, and Iove it! Only thing was that I found my bra a little tight for a medium (which was ok, but I was happy I didn't take a small lol). Will definitely re-order from Rock Active :)
