The bike tube bag with integral mobile phone touchscreen is of no use. The touchscreen plastic pouch is too small for my phone and the plastic is very sticky which activates unwanted phone functions. I haven't used it on my bike at all. I would like a full refund please.

Order failed at first use, no response from customer service

Still haven’t received the product. Initially I had good contact, but having sent 3 emails over the past 2-weeks asking for updates on my order, I’ve been ignored. Just had an email asking me to review the order, that I still haven’t received. Not a great experience considering the price of the product.

I have purchased cycling items from rockbros before and trust the quality.
Even so I was sceptical that the folding bike lock would be such good quality for the price but it met my expectations exactly 💯

Tried to return an item within the 14 day window, told I needed to email customer service. No reply for days, and when I chased they just offered 10% refund. I still have not been given a return authorization. Dreadful service.

Easy to order took a while to arrive.
No instructions with parcel,but 3 keys.
Looks straight forward eniugh to operate ,heavy so hopefully difficult to cut through.
Like the compact design folded and gives a good expansion unfolded so not having to do gymnastics to fit frame onto bike rack.
Have panniers so havnt needed to use big cable ties supplied to fit to bike

Very frustrating. I received the bags and few hours later followed the procedure to return them and have not gotten any response from the company. Sent 8 emails. Its a fake company please don’t buy anything from this shop as

I had an issue with my mini pump battery after less than a year where it would just not hold a charge. I reached out to customer services and explained the issue. After sending them a short video for proof, they offered to replace the pump. Livia was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, I had the new pump ready to go within a couple days of my original email. Would highly recommend.

Bought frame bag to fit electric bike with wide crossbar. Three straps keep it secure. Big enough for daytime essentials like pump spare tube tools and Mars bar.

I ordered the children's cycling glasses (I have quite a small face) and they are a brilliant product.
The polar lenses kept the sun out my eyes brilliantly when running and even protected my eyes well from the heavy wind. I was so surprised at how well they stayed on. The flexible nose bridge was great for comfort.
It was impressive that they came with such a robust case and cleaning cloth to keep them clean and protected when not in use.
Delivery was quick with no issues like I have seen in previous reviews.
Overall I would recommend they great sunglasses for any outdoor sport.

I had an issue with the lock combination not working - having contacted customer service this has now been replaced with a new lock which works perfectly. The lock is a sturdy cafe lock, with better security than just the single cable type locks you can buy.
