Rocketaircare does not vet the subcontractors that it sends out for services. What an absolute rip off. Charged me for an inspection I didn’t need, apparently if my fireplace turns on it passes inspection. Let soot on my carpet, trim, switch fixtures, charged me $225 for basic cleaning of a 1-story chimney. They couldn’t be bothered to bring their own cleaning products. Had to vacuum soot again going out my front door where the cleaned the fireplace glass. They charged me total $324 for 30 mins or less of work. Felt ripped off, called front office and they just defended their poor quality of service. Never again would I invite these people into my home and you should not either.

They quoted me $79,,when they came, they charged me$271..For a simple gas dryer vent cleaning..made an appointment,.they never showed up..I had to call them and they told me the service person had an emergency..and I had taken a day off of work with no pay. So they made an appointment for the next day..Sean came and quoted me $250,,,did a terrible job,,left lint all over the place,,didn't clean after the job..I had to clean the basement..over charged me for a simple job..once he finished, I had to call him to come back and fix the back of the dryer cause he left and didn't attached the hose that goes on the bottom of the rear of the dryer..these people are rip offs..,I called the office phone number to complain and told them that I wanted to speak to a supervisor,,so I can get a discount for all the inconvenience...the lady told me that they will call me and never received a call from the supervisor..don't hire this company,,they will rip you off..

Stay far away from this company. I needed a service that required two men to be sent to my apartment. The company promised several times they would get that message to the vendor (I made repeat calls to get clarification). However, only one person arrived. Although he himself was phenomenal and did the best he could under restraint/obstructed conditions, this is not what was promised by Rocket Air Care when I booked the job. Afterwards, when I called Rocket Air Care, they admitted that there was nothing in their notes about this being a two person job. However, instead of taking responsibility for their failure, the company rep.(Natalie) told me that there were "always choices in life", and that I could have gone with a different company. She then proceeded to block my phone number so that I could no longer contact them (I know because I tried - I'm blocked). In addition, despite promising that I would hear from the company manager (Shawn), Rocket Air Care proceeded to blame the vendor, who I made crystal clear during my follow-up call, was not to blame for anything. I only know about the blame game because I received a call from the technician, saying he was alerted to the complaint. That was disgusting on the part of Rocket Air Care. This issue fell squarely on the shoulders of Rocket Air Care, who made a promise that they didn't deliver and then took no responsibility for its failure. Moreover, Natalie (the customer service rep I spoke to afterwards) was new heights of rude and exhibited mind shocking callousness. The vendor himself was amazing, but if I could give Rocket Air Care a minus ten star review, I would. This is not a reputable or trustworthy company and I am seriously questioning the validity of any 5-star reviews. Did I mention to stay far away from this company? Far, far, far away. This applies to customers and vendors alike.
