Buyer Beware
This was my first order at rodial and my absolute last. I ordered the Easter mystery box and the vit c pads came with the lid off and dry. They asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. Who knew I should have chosen the replacement, they gave me $11.90. That’s what they valued the product at. I paid $73 for the box and it contained only five products, and that is the refund they offered. On top of I bought a Christmas edit which logic would tell me it was from this past Christmas. Nope, the products were from 2023!! When I complained about that their AI bot said the products were good for 30 months. Well last I checked Christmas of 2023 is almost there. Will never purchase EVER again.

Bought a gift box on the airplane with Rodial highlighter included. Highlighter applicator was broken. I contacted customer services and provided all details of the purchase and their product. I was told by the system that they are not going to send it, but after a few days I received a confirmation that they will send it to me and in 2 days I recieved a replacement. At this stage I can tell that customer services are looking after their customers.

Scam you with their 'welcome discount code' that doesn't work!
Created an account on the Rodial website to order some products and did receive a 'welcome 15% discount code'.
I tried to apply it to my shopping cart but of course it didn't work.
Had to waste time reaching out to their customer service who responded by treating me like some kind of idiot, stating that the discount didn't apply to items on sale and required a minimum spend of £50.
Note to Rodial customer service: do NOT treat your potential clients like brain dead newts who cannot read, ok? This kind of patronizing tone is unacceptable!
Not only can I read the small print on a website but I can spot somebody trying to scam me with discount codes that don't work!!!
This brand is to avoid at all cost! The contempt they show for their potential clients is shocking!
No refund on return - product is an allergin
Bee Venom is an allergin, so dont use if you have sensitive skin. I broke out in hives that took weeks to go away.

I purchased a small kit onsale for $35.00. Everything was in the kit but the Dragon's Blood moisturizer didnt pump up. Because it was moisturizer, I just opened the top, but there was hardly any product in the jar. At the very least it should have been more than a sample. It was not advertised that way and it was not a deluxe sample. I don't know if I would purchase again, as the products are expensive and to not have the amount that should be in a container, is upsetting when you're spending money. The product feels very good, and the banana lowlighter also has a very nice feel. I also bought a lip liner. That was very creamy but not the color that appeared on the site. I'll still use it but not the best first time purchase experience, especially since it has great reviews
Customer care not very caring!
I had been given the Bee Venom as a gift and I wrote to them to check the batch number (which they did). I was concerned as the product smelt a little funky, I asked if I could return a little of it for them to test it and they did not want to know... As it wasn't bought directly from them they could/would not help! When I asked Alex for her title and who the Senior Manager was she has not answered my emails! A reminder was ignored as well! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL RODIAL! When I had a similar problem with Augustinus Bader last year they were only too glad to assist! NO customer care her at Rodial I'm afraid!

Love the products. Oxygenating mask is so good.
Customer support is fantastic. Had to contact them twice (nothing to do with the products or company itself) and the response and help was instant. Highly recommend
i love rodial
well as much as i love this product i am disappointed at all the trial sizes i spend 80 bucks on. i love how they feel, smell, and work don't get me wrong but I'm sad at the sizes of the few travel sizes that was in it. they all work very good and i love them though. the lip oil is wonderful and so is the cleansing water. i use one serum at night and one in the day and i can already see a difference and its only been a couple days and i know im going to love the bubble mask and they eye patches but thats for the weekend me time lol

The worst Customer Service. Just send the correct 50ml product ordered and a pre paid postage label so the wrongly sent 19ml travel sized one can be returned. Being defensive and not admitting fault is not a good quality in customer service. Will never buy Rodial again. Have used Rodial exclusively for over 15 years. No more.

Daylight robbery
I have received my items today I ordered the bronze glow lighter, now unfortunately the normal size was out of stock so decided to get the mini instead,
I am so disappointed I can't believe the amount you get for the price you pay.
I have had larger free samples from other cosmetic companies in the past but this was ridiculous and for £25 pounds.
Supposedly two grams of product in this tiny bottom you could clearly see the bottle was not even full they were massive air gaps. Now the product itself is absolutely amazing and goes on like a dream ,the amount of people that tell me I look so well while swearing this. After this experience I might have to go back to my Charlotte Tilbury. Absolutely daylight robbery. I will be taking this up with their customer service team ,will keep you updated.

Glow and firmness
I bought the mini's after watching Olivia Attwood do a demo, I have to say the Banana Low lighter is absolutely fantastic, plus the Bronze Glow lighter looks so good, I am going to buy the Glass Tint next.
Rodial is now my new make up, I never thought at my age(68)I would be able to find a product that makes me look good , healthy, great texture and firmness to my face.
