I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the delivery problems with this order. I understand that it was frustrating that our customer service team felt unable to resolve the issue over the phone, but we do usuallly ask for emailed details to avoid compounding errors when issues like this arise. I've reviewed our customer team correspondence and I can see that the team handled the issue courteously and a package with the missing items was sent by courier the same day you emailed. If there are any further issues with the delivery. Please let us know.

I purchased this for my sister as a present, and even though I haven't seen it in person, she's thrilled with it. My decision was influenced by my daughter, who gifted me a smaller version about three years back, and it's still in excellent use.

Wee doors with pictures behind.
It is an advent calendar. There are numbered doors you open each day to count down to Christmas. Behind each door is a different picture. Cannot fault the quality of the product and delivery was speedy too.
