Easy to navigate the site. Fast delivery of the order. Only down side is the domestic pricing at lease 50% more the Europe. I love this company.

I see a lot of negative reviews. I don't know why since I have not had a problem. US shipping anyway. I had one issue a few years ago. Dealt with a crappy customer service guy. So I just contacted them again, got a new person and order was reshipped free of charge with a free bottle for the delay and hassle. I have placed a few orders in the past. Now that they merged all their sites together who knows. I am placing an order today and will update my review based on what happens. It has been a few years since I ordered anything. I have no doubt it will go smooth.

Unfortunately this site is a scam I spent over 100 free money for them I'll do better research next time Don't purchase from them you'll never received your product any reviews on here that are good are the ones theve generated.

I placed an order last month and never received it…I reached out to customer service to no avail…I just ordered again and I see the label was created but it hasn’t shipped to ups yet…hope they do the right thing but I’m skeptical

I am sharing my experience with RoidPlug to warn others about the subpar service and unsafe products I received. I placed an order with them in February, and unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved as of April 22nd. Here's a summary of the key issues:

Delayed Response to Complaints: I filed my initial complaint in February, yet despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no meaningful solution or compensation.

Unsafe Products: The products I ordered were labeled "Human Labs," but after injection, I experienced significant inflammation and a high temperature for the following three days. This made it clear that the product was not safe for use.

Replacement of Ordered Product Without Notice: I ordered Drostanolone Enanthate – RB Pharma, but instead received a different brand, Human Labs, which, as mentioned earlier, is unusable due to the adverse reactions. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have not received any offer for a refund or a replacement.

It is concerning that a company like RoidPlug is selling unsafe and unreliable products, with no proper customer service or accountability. I am warning others to avoid dealing with them, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I placed an order in February, it never arrived. I sent several emails but they didn't respond, they stole the money.

Order placed on 12/4, order shows label made on 12/5. It has not even bend dropped off at the post office. Still showing label created. Contacted customer support for updates and nobody has given me any kind of valuable information. Will not do business here ever again, and I advise nobody else does either.

Update… after my poking stick got them, the delivered.

They created a label but never shipped. They have been getting worse over time. They use to be so quick and easy. Order #211436

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! Purchased a week ago. I was sent an email sayin order was received after that, and processes with order number. After confirming pmt... radio silence, have used every form of communication other than carrier pigeon to get an update, tracking number...anything... and have not gotten any response. They say you can learn a lot from a dummy. Well I'm the dummy. You will lose your $$.

Bought product paid the money, didn't get anything.
I tried to contact them for week no respond.

They keep sending me email spam and there’s no unsubscribe button which is illegal. They also gave my email to another company Hutech labs which is also sending email spam.

I been a decent client going about 5 years, the latest order it was simple, 2 completely different products, paid the expensive shipping fee and 11 days later, I received 2 of the exact same items, I reach out immediately and almost 2 days later still getting the run around, I've chatted back and forth, then git sent to the email side, sent pictures at 8 times, when they've asked, and no resolution. Just the run around, never ever had any issues until the last 2 orders. Why they just don't see what they did it's in the photos, chat messages, emails are all time stamped, this is ridiculous I even have to do this, I needed this medication and now I'll even be worse off then I was, as I need to locate it.

Placed the order and had to Zelle payment to an individual then received a text message from American Logistics Xpress telling me that my package was “on hold” until I sent $300 Zelle to another individual that would be refunded upon delivery. Started doing research and went with my gut instinct of thinking this was all sketchy. Refused to pay the $300 and was told to be waiting for authorities. Package is still “on hold” and I can not send it back to get a refund. This is a huge scam and my attorney is going to have a field day with it!
