একটি ট্রিমার অর্ডার করেছিলাম দুদিনের মধ্যে পেয়ে গেছি। ট্রিমার পুরনো এবং ইউজ করা। রিটার্নের কথা বলাতে তিন দিন পার হয়ে গেল নিচ্ছো না এখন বলছে আরো ৪-৫ দিন সময় লাগবে রিটার্ন নিতে তারপর কিউসি করবে তারপর জানাবে। তাহলে কিউসি না করে কেন ডেলিভারি করল। এত বাজে সার্ভিস আমার লাইফে দেখি নাই।

I had one of the worst experiences with Rokomari.com.

On August 5, I ordered 11 books. The delivery was on time, but one of the books had terrible paper quality, so I returned it for a refund. Rokomari doesn’t give cash refunds — only Rokomari Balance — which I was fine with. I sent the book back on August 11, and they received it on August 14.

It’s now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received my refund balance. I’ve contacted their support team more than 10 times, and every time I get the same copy-paste reply: “We are really sorry, your balance will be added soon; a separate department handles this issue.” That’s it. No actual solution, no timeline, no accountability.

This shows how bad their customer support really is. I’ve shopped from small Facebook page stores that provide far better service than Rokomari. Honestly, this is the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced in online shopping in Bangladesh.

If you expect reliable service or proper customer care, I strongly advise avoiding Rokomari.com.

I paid the money for a book, but they are not confirming it, or even have any response to my message. very unprofessional.

Worst worst worst experience ever !!!! even if you don't get your money back you will have a headache just by talking to the customer care people. Rokomari is too big now to care about customers. They simply don't care!

যেহেতু ব্যাক সাইডে এরকম এবং ছবিতে দৃশ্যমান অংশ অনুযায়ী চারদিকে বর্ডার আছে। সম্ভবত এটি ব্যবহার অনুপযোগী হয় নি। আপনি এটি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন অসুবিধা হবে না আশা করছি।

Wrosed Service by Rokomari. August 08, 2023 I places an order, there was 13 product and I made the payment via Bkash. 4 days gone by they didn't process my product because they didn't arrange. If they are unable to arrange then why they were showing those product as available?
August 12, 2023, I requested to cancel the order and give me the refund.
They canceled and replied it will take 10 working days to process the refund. How funny. 10 working days not 10 days.
7 working days gone, but still no updates from them, today when i asked them about the refund they said it will take 2/3 more days.
I'm not satisfied with rokomari. It's a very poor service.
I have been a member of more than 3 years. Now I have decided to get out from here.
They are just wasting my time.

This is a legit e- commerce site I bought only a few books and I'm satisfied with it keep up the good work Rokomari team.

Rokomari.com is the best online bookstore in Bangladesh. They sometimes provide many outstanding offers.

They sell books to people and people become ideal people by reading those books but they have not been able to bring ideal within themselves. After communicating in many ways, I did not get any support, not even sympathy. It is hard to think that the customer service of such a big company is so bad!

কেউ এটায় ভুলেও ওয়াডার করবেন না। সালারা চোর। আমি বাংলায় বলছি যাতে সবাই বুঝতে পারে। Coustomer কেয়ারে কল দিলাম কিন্ত ধরে না। সালারা টাকা কেটে নেয়? সবাই সাবধান হন।
