Rolldorado Casino is delaying my withdrawal without justification.
I joined because of a promotion (50 PLN free bet for a Champions League prediction). I won 430 PLN, then deposited 80 PLN and completed the required wagering. My balance reached 680 PLN.
I requested withdrawal on April 19 via Skrill.
Since then, the casino keeps asking for the same verification documents (ID, deposits, source of funds), even though I have already submitted everything multiple times.
No clear explanation is given — only repeated generic responses.
This looks like a deliberate tactic to delay or avoid payment.
I strongly advise others to be cautious.
If the issue is resolved, I will update this review.

Signed up on the 31st January 2026, won from the bonuses, DEPOSITED $50 to withdraw and its now the 7th Feb, have been met with lies and deceitfulness, gave all the required documentation and was told "you have the green light for your withdrawal to be approved only to find myself chasing my tail and them cancelling my withdrawal, account was also suspened and was asked by Izabella "why did you change your address for" when i never actually did, address is "Perth" for some stupid reason, gave proof of address via chat AND email as the verification page doesn't allow me to add it, 8 days later and I'm still waiting for my $500 that I won. Have reported to ACMA and ACCC who are currently investigating Rolldorado due to this BS scam. Have spent countless times on chat trying to fix this, and emails back and forth. Onto the 4th attempt to withdraw, no licences and is an offshore casino that targets Australians. Will remove review once ACMA, ACCC have completed their investigation and once my funds have been transferred into my bank.

It's been 3 days since I requested a withdrawal of 370 euros.
And they haven't paid it, even though the account was verified as soon as the withdrawal was requested.
All the documents are validated and the withdrawal hasn't progressed to the next stage.
I'm willing to edit the post if the company resolves this.
There's no online support whatsoever, just a computer that gives obvious answers.

FIRST......I signed up for amazon casino, got hijacked and ended up with this site.
SECOND: It would not let me verify my identification. Or anything else.
THIRD: There is no contact with a human but I did find an email address on trustpilot.
FOURTH: Those Bogus bonus spins do not let you withdraw winnings as long as there are bonus amounts on your account.
Needless to say. I did not get a withdrawl.

There seems to be some confusion. The site gives you 50 free spins. When I went to withdraw it prompted me to the deposit section.
No where does it say you cannot collect your winnings without depositing money.
I would like to be reimbursed for my winnings please.
