I tried to get my refund since my order was not delivered to me, it has been since end of December that they are unreachable, chatbot, messages, emails, and failed calls. I want my money back.

After contacting them and losing my temper ABIT they finally answered and said my delivery will be soon in their words they said this for my late delivery. No problem as you know as you've had previous orders from us we are not a scam, we are a small team and sometimes in busy periods we have to expect delays. We are actively working on trying to improve this. Sorry for any delay. So since then I would like to give them 4 stars as I believe they didn't wrongfully screw me they just were extremely busy which unfortunately screwed my week up and budget but what can you do 🤦‍♂️😭😂 props to them for actually contacting me after I lossed my mind with them

I always ordered from them, however this last time it has been disastrous.
I would always get my order within 2 working days. It has been an entire week, I have paid already but my order status is "unfulfilled".
I have emailed, called, used the live chat, message on their instagram page but NOTHING. No reply whatsoever. (By the way the number they provide on their page does not even work, it ends up as "call failed")
They are unreachable. And the fact that you cannot cancel an order is frustrating.

Ordered some eliquids that says they where delivered on the 1st December by royal mail..I have not received them and have sent numerous emails and a voicemail to rolling refills
NO response from them.

Order the refills on the 3'rd of October and never had them delivered, received an royal mail tracker that never worked. No Reply from the despite multiple emails, it seems others have had the same problem.

I have ordered on 25th sept 2023 and today is 4th Oct nearly 10 days and still nothing, I've emailed and was told, there is a national problem with royal mail!! Gave me false expectations that my products will arrive next day. But wen I called to track my parcel, they tell me that no parcel has been sent through royal mail fro rolling refills, I have been a loyal customer and also my partner, family and friends who I recommended to buy from you but I have been let down, I'm disappointed as I have been buying single box's from the local shop which is costing a fortune as I wait everyday checking the post for my parcel but NOTHING,this is unacceptable, as other companies are sending parcels left right and center. 😈😠😡😡🤬🤬😤😤😤
