I deposited multiple times after being told each payment would complete my withdrawal process. First there was one fee, then another, and then a “tax fee” of over $1300 USD. Before paying, I specifically asked support if there would be any further fees required after the tax payment and was told no.

After paying, they then introduced an additional “insurance fee” that had never been clearly explained beforehand. Every time I questioned the process, another requirement seemed to appear.

In my experience, the withdrawal process was confusing, stressful, and felt misleading. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before depositing large amounts or sending additional payments to unlock withdrawals.
