Review of experience with Hi Relief Magnesium Pain Creme. My wife ordered this creme and for whatever reason my bank classified it as a fraudulent transaction (It was not fraud). After multiple attempts and my OK the transaction finally went through. My wife decided she would go a different route for pain relief creme. As the order had not shipped yet, I worked with Aga in customer service to get the credit card charge reversed. After a minor issue with the first try, the charge was reversed on the 2cd try. Aga was very responsive to my needs and deserves a "job well done" congratulations on getting the situation handled promptly !

I ordered 2 jars of Total Relief Cream, approximately $74.79. I canceled the order on the same day 4/1/2026 by emails. I called the Bank and reported this transaction for $133.39. Too much! Then I get an email from HiRelief 4/9/2026 order shipped. Listen at the Customer, cancel this order. Customer is serious, asking for a refund. Yes, I'm frustrated. Where is the help

Misleading billing-unknown vender
I tried to order from their website. It said there was an error with the transaction. A couple days later I got a fraud alert from my bank. I did not recognize the name of the company. In speaking with my bank I was told they had tried 3 times to send the order through my account. I reported it as fraud. It was also twice as much as I would have spent. Now I have to get a new card. I will not buy this product from their website again. I did get it from another vender so if I want it I will get it from there.
It is now 4/7/26 and I am still going back and forth trying to get my refund. The representative has been very polite and has promised to make this right for me. Since my bank closed that account it has been a lot of time on my part to get all the auto pays I have reset.
I appreciate the representative staying with this issue and promising to send my refund. It says something that they are willing to work with me to ensure I am satisified.
Hopefully this will help them to be more up front when they use other vendors to process orders, and that they will do it correctly

I placed an order for 2 jars of cream
I placed an order with Getheyfra.com for 2 jars of “Total Relief” cream, cost approximately $70. Before the order went to stage 3 ‘complete order’ I was forced to watch a video, approx 8 mins, then another video. It warned me not to back out at any stage as this COULD result in double charging.
After 15 minutes I backed out and checked my bank account and there was a charge for $240.82 pending.
I have contacted my bank and am now waiting for their help. I will now need to cancel my credit card.
What a hassle, needless to say I will not be using this company again!

Here we go again he's just these people…
Here we go again he's just these people are still starting for time they just sent me a thing saying they're going to refer me $9.95 for the postage I refuse that item that they sent me that merchandise it's on their way back to them with the refusal to accept notice. Be warned people they do anything they can they can to keep from giving your money back, don't be don't be caught up in a situation like mine.
I don't believe for a minute that their business is that that busy
that it would take that long to honor a cancellation notice and ship the order anyway.
And each time I try to contact them they wait until I submitted another complaint through trustpilot in the hopes that they try to straighten their business out and and take care of their customers wishes and not try to stick them with orders they don't want after ordering and now through lies.

What do you know I just checked my email at 12:35 a.m. and Rome MD returned my money yay yay yay!!!!!
I hope this has been a lesson for them not to treat customers that way each and every one of us matter and I request should be recognized and not be dependent on your whims whether you want to return money and certainly don't double the order when it's supposed to have cost half that much but you charge them double and if they cancel an order honor it this has been an ordeal and I'm glad it's over with and all the rest of you God bless and be warned to be wary of any company with such trade practice

Terrific Service from AG!
The customer service agent with the name AG helped me today. He was Great! I was a bit frustrated but he was respectful, friendly, courteous, and gave very thorough answers to my questions and concerns. He was patient, which can be difficult in my perspective, and never interrupted me. He also sent me a followup email I requested, after we talked on the phone. I know he is a true professional and just doing his job, but he deserves a bonus $ - he is a great employee that HiRelief needs to keep! Thanks AG! - happy customer here - Cheri

update:
After several attempts, Rome MD customer service responded to my email and handled my concerns thoroughly. Although I had not yet received my product, I requested a refund and asked for my details and payments to be removed from their mailing list. They processed this promptly. The first refund was issued quickly, as the product had already been returned shortly after my initial email. When I notified them that the second product had still not arrived- I had in-fact received the third. Rome MD issued the second refund after my email. It was understandable that they needed to verify my claim before processing the refund
In the end, I did receive the third product order. Now I feel there was a misunderstanding regarding the product payment and the delivery issue, but ultimately everything has been rectified.
I didn’t fully understand what I had signed up for. 3 months in and I am paying a large amount each month for the product I still haven’t received. I’ve left messages and emails but have had no response. I just get an automated message it on its way.
My account says I haven’t got a subscription although I am being charged each month. I have tried to remove my credit card but it’s locked and I can’t.
I now think it must be a scam.

I used the product twice over, It was incredibly painful to use and it made my appearance look worse not better, It left my cheeks with burst red blood vessels and still have my fine lines and wrinkles. I feel very strongly this is just a scam.

I tried their product and did not see any Improvement at all. I’m pretty sure thatMost of the people who did positive reviews got reimbursed for it. As it is part of their program.

Hi there, I ordered product April 7/25 and just received it yesterday from the Dominican Republic, I live in Puerto Rico, I don't know why it took 4 months to receive product, I called many times and spoke to many Reps and was told it was in transit ? ( for 4 months )since I just received it yesterday and opened the package today as I'm writing this, I only gave 3 stars, but once I use it and see my results I will post my review and hopefully give Rome MD 5 stars, Thank you

A true regeneration of your skin
No cream can ever compete with the micro-needle technique, combined with the Deep Lifting serum. At the beginning, I used it twice a month, then I went to every three weeks, then once a month.
