I visited Romsey Medical earlier this year for the Miradry treatment to treat problematic sweating which has been effecting me most of my life-impacting my work, mental wellbeing, social life & relationships, I've been leading a life half lived.
I felt completely at ease with Dr Chris & able to speak openly with him. I was informed every step of the way & afterwards.
Did the treatment 100% eliminate sweating, no, but that was expected - it has made enough of a difference that I no longer need to use synthetic high strength antiperspirants, sometimes not having to use natural deodorants at all, which is unheard of for me.
Has it transformed how I'm living my life - 100%, I'm still getting used to this new body & how it is letting me be more my true self!

Everything was Excellent. On arrival the Reception waiting area was light and pleasant. The Receptionists were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. I saw Dr. Peter, who was professional, understanding and who listened to all I had to say. I wasn’t rushed, in fact I think I took up more time than a maximum appointment !! A referral was made to a Consultant, the Appointment which came through promptly. Hannah the RGNurse also gave me great care and help. I was really impressed overall and the costs were very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend this practice and if needed, I would definitely go back.

Excellent experience. Receptionist was very welcoming on my arrival. The Doctor was very kind and reassuring. And when I left a number of other staff said goodbye and to mind the wet step outside in the rain. Very caring all round.

Friendly, efficient service, good advice

Went for the private GP appointment, if anyone is thinking about this, then get on and book! He was absolutely wonderful, did not feel rushed, in fact we went over and just felt so seen and heard! Will definitely use again!

Very professional in all aspects. Although extremely nervous, I was immediately put at ease by Heather, who removed some raised areas of sun damage on my face. End result is just amazing.

Subsequent treatment and review at the practice yesterday, total trust and faith in advice offered and treatment given by Dr Chris, which was carefully tailored to my personal expectations. Good to build up a relationship with your clinician and here you will get that, and the results you desire, without feeling worried at over-treating and looking false. Really pleased with the results and finding a credible and skilled injector at last.
