When I ordered the product I was told it would be here at the end of day on the 5, but to my surprise it was here on the 4th first thing in the morning.
I had had the old white one back in the 80's and 90's and it was pretty heavy, I cannot believe how lite this one is. Can't wait to use it

The flavor injectors came as a set of 2. One is a solid-flavor injector and one is a liquid-injector. The solid-flavor injector does not seem to last very long. Only after couple uses and the head is bent and starting to get tougher to get thru the meat. The liquid-injector is nothing but a medium size serine. I could have get one from 99cent store cheaper. Both of these cost $12 is a bit expensive, especially the one I need most (solid-flavor) does not last long.

I bough these knifes a few years back . my son loves the sportsman knife used it for every thing . but lost it cutting up his friends deer ,bought him a different brand to replace it .he dentin like it at all not fleck-able at all so I bough him two more Ronco knifes

Customer service was excellent when I made a call regarding the status of my order. The product was shipped in perfect condition, the machine works flawlessly, I love it.

I recently bought 2 RONCO Rotisseries. I've bought 4 previously for myself and friends and thought these would be great gifts. That last 2 units purchased were cheaper in their construction. I also noticed that the rotisserie turns slower which decreases cooking time which I had to learn in teaching my niece how to use hers. Also the right black tab on the glass door was not glued properly and fell off. It just seems like they really "cheapened" the design compared to the older models. In addition we received 2 left gloves as opposed to a left & right.
I'm really disappointed despite years of being a satisfied customer :-(

Im happy with the steaming tray, but not the basket. I have not used knife yet. But when i unboxed purchase, i put all in dishwasher, and basket came out rusty. I never used it

Nothing I don't love,. 3rd one... Use them all the time. Paid for itself just in rotisserie chicken!

Our rotisserie arrived pretty quickly even though we are in Canada and it usually takes longer to ship. We unpacked it and used it right away. It is the perfect size to sit on the counter and looks very pretty in the red colour. I couldn't believe how simple clean up was, everything went right into the dishwasher, and came out sparkling. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and beyond yummy. the next night we roasted a prime rib, it was outstanding, I will never cook it in the oven again. Thanks Ronco, for the great product. I have referred to you to our friends, they all want to order this.

Everything about ordering, the price, packaging & shipping was simple and easy, or done very well and quickly . Very happy with it.

Awesome. Had the routissari for 15 yrs. Lost it in a move. Found Ronco on line, found my routissari and placed the order. Received my routissari 4 days later. Within the next 8 days, 2 of my friends ordered the identical routissari after seeing mine. It's a great machine and does what it's supposed to do. I'm hoping my new machine performs as well as my old machine.

I have always owned Ronstar Rotisseries and this one is very cheaply made. I am not happy with the quality of the unit.

I placed a order and was nevere notified that my card never went through the account was good and my bank showed no attempt so i went elsewhere for my purchase!!!!
