Bad quality supa closer cavity closers
Ordered supa closer cavity closers, didn't get any notification on delivery, arrived home at night to find them thrown on my drive, packaging split and some damaged.
Upon fitting these they have all warped and split pulling the foam away from plastic.
When I informed company they said it was my fault for letting the sun shine on them for 4 weeks and said I should have fitted windows and doors straight away ! What before I finish building up ? I've wasted £200
Don't buy from here, inferior quality

I'm glad that you liked the products but I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the delivery cost.
I've had a look into this and can see that you ordered roof tiles that required bulk haulage to a remote delivery address on the west coast of Scotland (approx 400 miles from the warehouse). Inevitably, we were charged a much higher rate for delivery to such a remote location, than we would have been to the majority of UK addresses.
We're a small family business, and we pride ourselves on providing an honest service, so we're transparent about our delivery costs, displaying the total cost upfront in the basket and checkout pages after an address is entered and before an order is paid for. Allowing customers to source materials more locally if they don't wish to pay for a delivery service.
Other companies in our sector will accept an order on their website but then if delivery is to a remote location, place it 'on hold' until an additional payment is made by their customer.

Overall fantastic service
Overall fantastic service, received a date of when goods would arrive, delivery driver called me before hand and everything nicely packed. The delivery charge for a pallet of goods was not excessive which was good. I had to return 3 items as I’d over ordered and Daniel was really helpful. Vanessa was as really helpful for when I was checking on my delivery also. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered goods on a Friday afternoon and delivery arrived before 8am the following Tuesday. Vanessa provide great Customer Service and did her utmost to accommodate our delivery requirements.

Unhelpful people, wrong bad quality items.
On the 10/1/2024 we contacted Vanessa at roofin online stores who was very helpful but did not know what materials we needed in order to build the style roof that roofin stores supply. She then spoke with someone else who had training and created a basket for us.
Later that day we noticed a mistake by roofin online stores where we were told to buy 10 sheets and glazing bar to fit the drawings provided by us but we actually required 11. This matter was solved quickly.
16/1/2024 Then unfortunately a mistake of our own was that the glazing sheets ordered were a different length to the glazing bars ( a mistake which was not noticed by both roofin online stores or ourselves and so when they came to site they were the wrong size). No bother it was us that added those to the basket and so we were told kindly if we buy new sheets when the drop off the new they will pick up the old which we were very thankful for.
Now we also realised that when roofin online stores created a basket for us they had forgot to add on the correct screws they suggest to use and so we brought this issue up and they agreed to send those also. (Fair as if they were on the original order we would have paid for them initiallly.)
24/1/2024 we fitted the system provided but found it quite difficult as all the sheets provided were different sizes and so we had to adjust the roofing supports to incorporate the off square sheets. Also the trims were much harder than previous systems we have used and the flashing kit provided was extremely messy and not worth the money you pay for it.
25/1/2024 we were contacted by Vanessa to confirm the refund has been issued for the original roofing sheets which were ordered wrong by us but unfortunately the issue returned was only £452.81 instead of the £543.18 which we payed. We payed an extra postage fee so that is covered so should have received the full refund.
29/1/2024 I emailed roofin online stores personally to express I was unhappy with the items sent, provided photographic evidence showing my concerns and still to date have had no contact back from roofin online store.
6/2/2024 I left a review to explain I was very unhappy as no one was trying to help us after, we have received part of our money back not the full amount which was promised and no one was doing anything to try and help us.
8/2/2024 I now have fake review on my business profile page calling me a liar and giving us a bad review when we have never provided this company with a service.
I have contacted the financial ombudsman as I feel this is a form of attack and to date have not received any call or message apart from this reply regarding my issues.

This review is very unreasonable and factually incorrect, I can see there has been a lot of back and forth between yourself and my team since you initially enquired in January and placed your order, and my team have been very helpful and responsive to your enquiries, we even provided you with free fixings as you did not order any.
I can see that my team went above and beyond again to help rectify YOUR mistake of ordering the wrong sheet size, by collecting and refunding the sheets without making any deductions for the return haulage. Strictly speaking under the returns policy, you should have arranged the return yourself, but my team wanted to help you rectify YOUR mistake quickly, to enable you to order the correct size and complete your project. This was all done within a couple of days of you realising your mistake and contacting us.
In response to your comments about receiving a partial refund, your original order included glazing bars and sheets, only the sheets were ordered incorrectly by you, so only those were collected and refunded, it seems unreasonable for you to expect a full refund when you were still in possession of the majority of the order.
My team went above and beyond to help you, and this review is not an accurate representation of the products and services that you received.
