Fast and good customer service
I'm a Quality Assurance Manager for Clayton and needed some installation instructions updated to reflect our build process. They were quick in their reply and had the instructions updated the same day and sent out to me.

Thank you so much for your review. We’re truly sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive. Each fan is carefully assembled and tested by hand before moving to the painting line, and this hands-on process takes time to ensure everything meets our standards. Once completed, shipping by truck can add a few more days depending on the route and location.
We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re committed to improving so future experiences are smoother. We hope to have the privilege of serving you again.

Quality Products With Expert Advise
With Active Ventilation, you're not just getting a manufacturer that fills your orders. You're getting expert advice on how to properly ventilate your property with the correct products. Mark was extremely helpful, taking time on the phone with me regarding what I should do, not do, with respect to ventilating our apartment building and what products I should get, and which I didn't need. I highly recommend Active Ventilation due to their expert advice and knowledge, in addition to manufacturing the best quality roof vents on the market.

I purchased 8”x18” aluminum soffit…
I purchased 8”x18” aluminum soffit vents and ordered them painted to somewhat match the house and so I wouldn’t have to paint them. I was excited to get them but was disappointed when I received them. The main issue is the material is very thin (.030), when the louvre gets stamped it distorts the material therefore they aren’t very flat and since they only have 6 mounting holes it will be hard to put them up so they look good without adding mounting holes. If I put them up the way they are they’ll look terrible. The second issue is the paint, I wouldn’t call them painted I’d call them dusted with paint, I’ll have to paint them again. So I’m disappointed! I won’t buy any more and I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe the smaller ones are flatter but the size I purchased are like a potato chip.
