Hate that I even have to give them one star because this company even though I’m seeing there’s more than one named Rorcie but I was on Facebook watching my reels and came across a natural BBL trainer When I receive notification that it was out for delivery. I looked on the Shop app, which didn’t even show it in the United States and it was 9 PM so I reached out through the email that it looks like everybody else is using to reach out to them. Haven’t gotten a response thought it was because it was the weekend but after reading everybody else’s reviews, probably won’t get one, however this morning when I woke up, it states that it was left in Franklin when I live in Columbus, Ohio it had no address or anything But stated it was delivered this company is a scam!!!

I hate to even give them 1 star . The absolute worst ! Bought 2 bathing suits which I got pretty fast and neither fit when I asked about their return policy they told me I had to send it to china . Went to UPS and they quoted me over 200$ for shipping when I paid 77$ when I emailed them they offered me 10% refund . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are scammers! Will offer you a 10% discount to keep the item, because it will cost too much to return to China. Items are defective and do not work, why should I have to pay for a return of an item that is visibly counterfeit? Then they stop responding and merely send out rude and dismissive default emails. "Thank you for your response if you have any questions or concerns please contact us". No telephone number to call. They should be banned from selling anything at all. They advertise New upgrade when it should instead read new junk. I also asked where they were located; I was told USA but my item shipped from china, arrived in a smashed box and again DOES NOT WORK

I purchased the ab stimulator device. After just a week and a half of use, only one of the six pads works with the same level of strength as it did with the first use. The others are very weak and barely offer any electrical output. Emailed service@ rorcie.com to tell them that but got no response yet. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: Rorcie support told me this was due to not cleaning and keeping the device well. I assured them I took great care of it. They then responded that I needed to get new pads for the device. After ordering additional gel pads online (and electrode gel, just to be sure) there was NO improvement in electric strength. After having told them *that,* they gave me a lengthy list of instructions for making a ridiculously detailed video to send them confirming the lack of power. At this point, it was clear to me that they were not going to resolve the situation, so I didn’t even bother. Their last email is probably off putting to many others as an attempt to have them throw their hands in the air.

My advice? Buy up. It might be more costly, but you probably won’t be facing this kind of dismissive deflection or the added purchases to try to fix the crappy item. This was money down the toilet and many unnecessary headaches afterward.

Awful company!!! Do not be scammed. Bought 2 swimsuits I had seen advertised, neither were good quality but the lighter colour wax completely see through.
To refund I had to pay the international shipping.
I did this in August 2024.
Over 4 months and the item can not be delivered to address given so are refusing refund and being told to be patient.

Do not buy from this company!!! They are Scam. I order a dress from them and I got a a piece of fabric that downs even look like a dress. When I asked for a return they told me to send the dress back and their return was "under maintenance" and I had to bear the cost of the shipment

Terrible - From china - The videos advertise a "super stretchy" flowy dress - the material is like plastic, nonstretchy and smell, and I was unable to return them without covering the cost of shipping which was more than the cost of the item.

Do not buy from this company!!! It’s a complete scam and they make you pay for the return shipping cost to a warehouse in China. It’s been 3 months since I bought from them and I still haven’t been refunded and probably never will. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I have bought Backless Invisible Bodysuit - Beige+Black+White (🔥Save $12) / XL - completely a disaster, like anyone else on this page, poor quality and poor customer service, they are giving me the address in China to be sent back, although on the package is a German address but without name of the company (it says only seller?!) - a complete scam, and I couldn´t not believe that this can happen nowadays anymore...that such company are not prohibited on the European market!!!
1. Unfortunately the quality of the ordered products is very poor 2. White suite - not in the form I ordered, cannot be used - missing part in the front to keep the bra together 2. The shape of the bra/ all colors is too small for XL- cannot be used 3. The plastic bra suspenders- bad quality- damaging the skin - cannot be used

I did not receive my order and ordered status says it's delivered. Where is my order?

DO NOT BUY! They are a scam and they will send a cheap version of what you’re getting. I brought the one shoulder satin wedding dress and got a complete rip off dress that looks like it but the materials and color didn’t even come close. Now I’m having a hard time shipping it because they want me to pay for shipping all the way back to China. They won’t even pay for shipping when they false advertised.

They left my package out on the sidewalk and lied and said it was delivered to my front door. They told me to call the police to deal with it.

I bought a red dress from a website and I already have this dress in other colors from another website that has unfortunately closed.
I wanted the same dress in another color but received a dress that is different from the original product that I already have from another store.
It's a disgrace that they presented the dress but actually send a completely different product.
They offered me to return the product and get a refund but the shipping cost is like half of the dress itself and it's not even certain that I will get a refund according to what is written here on reviews for this website.
I will not send the dress back because I probably won't get a refund and I will pay a lot money for the shipping.

Zero wasn't an option. I ordered the swim suit on 5/24 didn't get it until 6/30. AND ITSTHE WRONG SIZE. Its not the design i ordered customer care are liars.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Please review the reviews folks. This company is a total scam. They advertise one thing & send another. And you can’t return or get a refund. Then they try to offer you Pennie’s of what you paid to keep the piece of crap they sent.

I purchased a hip trainer that I saw on Facebook. First of of, the price was misleading. It was supposed to be $9.99, but I paid over $20 for it. It doesn't vibrate at the intensity that is shown on Facebook. And, after about 3 uses, it no longer works. Also, it doesn't stay on well at all! I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back. I don't recommend this product at all!
