Initially problems placing the order, screen kept freezing so couldn't proceed. Finally did it on another device and was meant to be 1 day delivery. This was an expensive item that I needed today, should have been here yesterday and the tracking info shows its still not even out for delivery. Ive emailed customer services and not even had a response and they don't have a contact number. Won't bother in future. Wish I'd ordered elsewhere. Also set up the email updates to get 10% off my order and after almost 24 hours I hadn't received the code, still haven't.

Ordered a dress from Rorox recently (first time ordering from them) and it arrived really quickly! The item was absolutely beautiful as well - no complaints on the service or about the item at all!

First time using this company.I am so glad i did.Lovely coat and sizes are as expected.Fast delivery ,although delivery company made a mistake with delivery,Ro rox were quick to ensure i got my item.I cant fault them in anyway and would recommend their items and customer service.A great big thank you to Michelle and the team.

You have to pay for returns, which isn’t good for an online clothing company when you need to try multiple sizes.

Ordered a bag and the wrong colour has been sent, not heard back yet but disappointed as needed this for an event 🙁

Excellent customer service, refunded a Christmas present that was outside the timeframe and very prompt replacement. Husband loves his brocade waistcoat

The previous review seems unnecessarily harsh. Yes the sizing seems a bit hit and miss (I recommend sizing down if unsure what size to order), but these are high quality products at an excellent price, supported by friendly, helpful customer service.

In June I ordered a waist coat in my normal size M, it was absolutely enormous although it was labelled correctly as M. I returned it and got refund.
Learning from this, on 1st July my girlfriend ordered a drummer jacket for me in size S. It arrived yesterday and it was still too big: loose across the chest, too long and the arms nearly two inches too long. We have had to return this too and order an XS!!!
I am NOT an XS: I'm a normal size M male 173cm, 70kg, 38 chest and 32 waist.
No reply when you ring RoRox, just answer machine both times. They might as well not have a mobile number as they can't be bothered to answer it.
The drummer jacket was ordered with a $5 discount code, but when they send you the wrong size clothes, they don't offer to exchange for the correct size, they just tell you they will refund and you must order again.
But, you've obviously used your discount code up the first time. (Fortunately we had another discount code to order the XS!)
The quality of the garments is probably better than most selling similar stuff on the web, but the non-existent, shoddy customer service is appalling.
Why should customers have extra expense and hassle just because Ro Rox Boutique can't be bothered to size their product correctly or offer a decent exchange service to make amends for THEIR errors?

First time buyer. Bought a lovely bag, delivered quickly but arrived with a zip broken & a chunk of material out of the bag. Having to pay to return this is disappointing when a bit of quality control would mean the bag wouldn't have been sent out in the first place

Défaut de production sur mon achat . Demande d'échange ou retour contre remboursement. Le vendeur fut vraiment réactif et sérieux.
Sav compétent,je recommande sans hésiter.
A savoir qu'il faut compter une dizaine de jours pour une livraison en région Lorraine , donc pas d'inquiétude si vous ne voyez pas arriver votre colis avant.

Thus company is a real delight - I returned my first order ( it was to big ) and within 2 days an email arrived with refund details ! I have reordered and that has already been dispatched - amazing 1920’s dress for really reasonable price - so far couldn’t recommend them enough !

Really like this website. Had a couple of orders now and the prices and quality are impressive. Definitely added to my regular rotation of alternative clothing sites.

I've ordered a couple of times now, and each time Everything has been perfect. Items dispatched promptly, the items themselves are well packaged and good quality. The prices are good too, cheaper than ordering directly from some brands in some instances too.

I’d had my eye on this coat for a few months contemplating weather to get it or not . So I finally bought the coat from Rorox Boutique and I literally couldn’t be happier!! It’s made so beautifully and Every one has complimented me on how stunning it is!! I’m more than happy!
