It’s been a crazy time and I think some post has gone missing, which happened to me and it was a struggle to get hold of anyone at the beginning but finola eventually got back to me and sent the order again which arrived in a couple of days and also gave me a refund for the order that didn’t arrive.
The product is lovely. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

Very quick delivery and I absolutely love the products! Would definitely recommend trying it out, my skin is feeling the best it has in a long while.

I recently ordered the ETR type 1 rosacea bundle and I have to say i was very impressed. Was hesitant to order as I read some of these reviews before ordering but was pleasantly surprised. The order came in good time with everything there and the products have made a real positive difference within a couple of weeks.

I would recommend this brand to anyone into using natural ingredients for rosacea. Will be ordering from them again for sure

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for small businesses but I really feel that others should be aware of my experience before ordering from this brand. I say this as ive checked other reviews on other platforms and many people have experienced similar it seems.

Its my first time ordering from Rosacea.ie and I placed an order costing nearly 100 euro. The delivery was very quick, I live in the same country as the company so a fast delivery would be expected. I received my package within a couple of days.

3 items were in the box but one products that I ordered was missing even though I had been charged for it. No big deal, mistakes happen. I emailed the company regarding this but got no reply. The next day I contacted the facebook page as they regularly post screenshots of positive reviews, its evident their social media is active and manned by someone. Again I got no reply to my message, the next day I sent a third message regarding my order and have had no contact from anyone.

The missing item was by far less expensive than the rest of the products, too cheap to warrant takings further or contacting consumer rights. That said theyve essentially stolen money out my pocket. From reading through reviews & comments it seems like this is a common occurrence, one item is missing from the order and the company owner doesn't reply to customer emails/messages about it.
Surely if enough people aren't getting a product here and there that they paid for, that's quite a bit of extra change in the owners pocket.
It just seems subtly dishonest and bad business practice imo.

Its disappointing because I wanted to support a small local brand, particularly at this time during covid when allot of small businesses are struggling. Instead of spending my money on my much loved image or skingrediants products, I took a chance on this small company and was left out of pocket.

As for the products I received, theyre just OK. Im not blown away by them.

I will not be ordering from this brand again.

Edit to add : Its a month later, I sent another message about the missing item about 3 weeks ago and ive still had no response from the owner.

Not impressed with being sent 2 items not ordered, with totally different ingredients, especially as I always order the same things. You think these orders would be checked in the middle of a pandemic, when it is difficult to return things.They cost enough. I live in a very high Covid area, and now have to put myself at risk to return them. NOT IMPRESSED. 2 STARS given as I am pleased with the products when they're actually correct.
PS postage refund please

I have ordered from this company a product worth about £26. It has never arrived. I have contacted them via email and phone requesting refund -no response.

update on the review: the product has arrived in post after a month; it's possible the delay was due to the pandemic and how it's affected deliveries; I'm glad it's arrived, but I would still have appreciated customer service communication.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I placed a relatively large order for my family, to the value of €165.85 (1st ever order with this company) order consisted of:
ETR Rosacea Bundle X 1 - €59.95
Acne Rosacea Bundle X 1 - €45.95
And Rhinophyma Bundle X 1 - €59.95

Ordered arrived with a note saying: "sorry no primer available". There was no indication if this was going to be sent when back in stock!! And if so, when that would be?

I emailed explaining i was not happy and would appreciate a refund of €14.00 ASAP. I didn't get a reply to the email so I phoned the mobile number and got through to the company director who was heading into a meeting. She reassured me she would process the refund once out of her meeting. I NEVER GOT AN APOLOGY NOR REFUND.

My argument is if there was no primer available it should not be possible for customers to order the Rhinophyma bundle @ €59.95, if I had of known the full Rhinophyma Bundle was unavailable I would have ordered the Acne Rosacea Bundle X 2 and saved myself €14.00.

I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered three items from this company it was the first time I bought from them. One item was out of stock I was assured I would get a refund it is nearly a month later and I have not received it. I emailed them and heard nothing back.
