First let me say this, I’m a stickler for customer service as I’ve worked it for so long. But now I’m disabled with communication issues due to a sever brain injury. Their care in answering my questions quickly and to the best of their understanding had me continually trying work my issues out. Second, Their selection! I needed Black long stem roses! Third, the timing! Right on time, pretty pink box they were secure and that Black velvet wrapping my niece was floored! Her eyes lit up and all was well for her 21st Birthday Roses! I should have ordered 24! Thank you for your time and effort and the beautiful flowers!

Very happy with the process and the product. These roses have been the longest-lasting roses I have ever purchased. They are also gorgeous. My wife has remarked that I should only buy from Rosaholics.

I was expecting a hassle when I couldn’t find my order, that’s when I spoke to Jean in the help chat. I figured out what I needed to do to track it and got all the information on my order. Very happy with my service.

My roses are very beautiful, and they came wrapped in a nice black felt cloth with ribbon. It came on time and in a nice box. It has been 12 days, and they are still gorgeous. Looks like they are growing new stems inside my vase! Never had this with other floral arrangements. I will use this company again.

The Indigo Bouquet was astonishing. The flowers were healthy, the colors were great. The Bagged Red Rose petals had great luster and were very well packaged. Delivery timing was perfect. Will definitely do more business with this company. Thank you.

Lovely, very full blooms that lasted well over a week. They arrive looking not so great, but within a few hours they opened up and looked beautiful.

Purchase these flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day. They have outlasted every flower I have bought by two weeks. We finally threw them away after over a month. Fast delivery and absolutely beautiful roses

These roses are beyond beautiful. And ours lasted for three weeks. I got tired of using FTD and getting sub par flowers that were wilting inside of a week. I'll choose Rosaholics from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised. The girlfriend was too. The blooms lasted way longer than expected. I will definitely order from them again.

The flowers were a big hit. They were beautiful when they arrived. My only issue would be the delivery time discrepancy. From the time I order to the time they arrived I got four different arrival dates. I understand deliveries take time. I just wish I’d had a definitive delivery date so I could plan around it better.
