They originally sent me the wrong size item. Told me that I would have to pay to ship it back to China, when they are supposed to be out of Toronto. They then offered me a 10% discount on my next order. Ordered the same item again, but then they cancelled their website and will not respond to emails anymore.

Rosen & Mark Toronto is deceitful. They mislead you to believe they are a Canadian family run business with storefront, likely AI generated. The product is very poor quality, no tags, not true to size, material not as shown. They are in China and the return policy is not a full refund why? It costs you more to ship it back. I ordered 314.00 fora coat and tops and the cost to return would be 267.00. I tried to cancel the order within the 14 days of ordering before I even received product as per the website and told I could not but they would be happy to provide full refund when I received and returned. Then they offered me 30% and advised cost would be around $60 cdn to return. I got the address to return to and it was 267.00 cdn. It wasn’t worth it. I received 94.00 or 30%. This site is a scam!!! Beware.

I wish I had found the information on this company before I purchased something. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money for a piece of rubbish very difficult to return. The item was trash. It wasn’t worth five dollars and they charged me $60 for it.I’m

bought a dark brown jacket when I got it after a couple weeks it was a reddish brown when I contacted them they told me it changes colors in light what a jock i replied again they won't get back to me bad sad company.

In my experience, this company totally misrepresents and misleads the public. Their online presence leads you to believe that they are a Toronto based entity, their return also seems to cut mustard...until you actually act on it. Purchased men's sweaters from them, took weeks from them to arrive (I then discovered the reason....coming from China). I received wrong sizes and EXTREMELY poor quality. Tried to initiate a return, they offered a 10% discount. When I found that to be unsatisfactory, I was offered a 20% discount. WhenI insisted on return and full refund, I was told that I was responsible for the return postage and confirmed by Canada Post, the cost would be more that $80. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Buyer beware! That is the lesson I have learned dealing with this company. You have taught me to never buy things off of Facebook. I was really looking forward to getting the beautiful sweater I had ordered. You must have an excellent photographer or touch up artist because what arrived looks nothing like what I thought I had ordered. A cheap knockoff that is not worth nearly the money I paid. Disappointment. Buyer Beware!!

Buyer beware: Website is a scam. No store front. They are selling poor quality goods at high luxury prices. Item will arrive +1 month after ordering, and offer little-to-no assistance in the event of return/refund.

The products are low end ordered from China, eventhough their website says Toronto. Items took over a month to arrive, and the sizing, quality was a big disappointment. Especially for the price that was paid, they looked like Temu products. Scammed for the second time. Lost $131. They refuse full refund, only 20%.
