Beautiful flowers and lovely staff with very quick responses

A lovely plant was delivered to my friend on her birthday, she was delighted with it! Although it was not the one I had initially ordered (as it was not in stock at the time), I was emailed very promptly to be informed and other options were offered, of which all were lovely! (Equally this was not an issue, as it did say in the terms and conditions that sometimes certain plants/flowers may not be available so may need to be changed for an alternative). Communication was excellent and the delivery was very prompt. My friend sent me a picture of the plant when it arrived and she was very happy, it looked beautiful.
