Would have given them nil stars if I could. Goods aren’t necessarily cheap so you don’t think they’re fakes. They’re fakes & crap ones at that. Really upset me, they were supposed to be Christmas presents for my daughter. I couldn’t give her them, it would be an insult. Luckily I had time to get to the shops & find something else. Only just though. Thanks RosieKate for ruining the lead up to Christmas & for me having to spent more money than anticipated. If you want a refund you have to ship the goods back to China…….more money & TBH I didn’t trust them to honour their agreement to refund so I cut my losses & I’ll give to charity. Wouldn’t sell them on Vinted & ruin my rep. There’s £84 I won’t see again.

Products are fake and are awful quality. Company is based in China and does not respond to any emails when you try to contact them. Do not waste your money, as that is what you will be doing if you shop at Rosie and Kate. Complete Scam. Website looks to have been closed down as of February 2025. Probably due to the quality of what they are sending out.

Would have give 0 stars if I could. My order took 4 weeks to arrive, then when my 2 “Whitefox” tracksuits did arrive they were counterfeits and obviously this is not stated on their website. Upon contacting them I was just told the cost of returning them is my responsibility and they will not reimburse this. I refuse to pay for them to be shipped back to China. Spread the word to make sure nobody orders from this terrible company.

Scammers selling fake stuff delivered from china

The worst company, I really wish I went to trustpilot before ordering, Ordered 29 dec 2024 and not received till 11 January 2025, even though advertised as next day delivery, no answer to emails. Totally fake item, really worse quality, trying to return.

Made the mistake of not looking at the reviews first, at the top of the website it states there are thousands of 5* reviews which on going back is a fake tab that doesn't take you to any reviews. Took two weeks to arrive, a fake tracksuit that came from China. Advertised as a genuine White Fox tracksuit. The website states they are a London based shop which is obviously a lie. Quality isn't good but it's absolutely not the product you think you're buying.

Counterfeit goods from China - No response from emails - do not use this company, its a scam

Do not buy from this company. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered. Company looks like it’s from London but it’s in China. White fox tracksuit is cheap and polyester material. The fit is extremely small.
They make returns very difficult, and they take ages to respond to emails.
Don’t waste your money.

Like everyone else, my son ordered a white fox tracksuit at the beginning of December on what they was describing as Black Friday sales. They advertise their website as being in London with a photo of a shop in the UK so all looks legit. Until the parcel eventually arrives on Christmas Eve and was not only a fake but an horrendous fake. They will accept the parcel to be returned and the he can get a full refund. Unfortunately they’re actually based in china and the cost to return it is in excess of £50.

I really wish I’d read the reviews before buying this tracksuit. It’s not the right size and the material is awful. I’ve emailed them to ask about a refund but no answer yet. Would definitely not recommend anyone buying from them - they’re scammers with shoddy items from China - lesson learned not to buy off TikTok

I would give 0 stars, avoid at all costs. They are counterfeit goods, cheap material and now there website is non existent! Fuming!!

Wish I'd checked the reviews before I bothered. Took 3 weeks to come and customer service was shocking. Just told to keep checking tracking which didn't actually update for about 12 days! Ridiculous. Supposed to be quick uk shipping, maybe when it eventually gets to the UK! Will be returning. But pretty sure there's a charge for that too. Ridiculous

ordered a tracksuit, it came fake - sizing is atrocious also. Tried to send back and want me to pay fees to send it to China. Seeking advice as the company dont tell you these things. so rude. Please save your money

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE they are selling fake counter fit white fox clothing all there stuff is fake chinies knock off fakes do not buy from this company go directly to the white fox companys own website for genuine white fox goods do not give these conartist your money all you will get in return is fake goods report them to trading standards

Ordered on 3/12 in plenty of time for Christmas and arrived on 28/12
Contacting Customer service is pointless as was constantly told to check tracking.
Kept stating they're a UK seller but don't mention their stock comes from China.

Like another customer I wouldn't have given them 1 star. I purchased a track suit for Christmas present. I purchased it early. It did not fit, so I emailed to return it and was refused a refund. They say you have 14 days and I know it was outside their so say 14 days returns policy. The package took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I believe it was a fake one, they show a picture of a shop and they don't have one. It came via China. Avoid!

Ordered 3 tracksuits and 3 short sets ( yet to arrive ) for family for Christmas.
Stated delivery would be 7-14 days when ordered on the 4th of December, but turned up today.
Definitely fakes!!!
In all fairness when contacting in regards to delivery being late we did get a response which surprisingly wasn’t automated.
Material is very thin, wearable but not what is advertised. Better off going on WhiteFox actual APP as they have the same discounts on currently!
Don’t waste your time in ordering from this website as not based in London at all, all deliveries come from China so obvious it’s not going to be the actual product.

Asked if they where copy's no reply.....guys they fake shit stay away...buy cheap buy twice took 4 weeks to come back and was told I had to pay the post to China to send back....wish I seen the reviews first before buying this crap!
