Had fully functioning three router model, Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 Router (H122-373) but in main location needed to improve weak signal. Sent away for 8 external aerial ports and received very quick turn around. Tested in very strong area with 2 different new aerials ( one 5g and one 4/5g) and could get nothing,
Emailed router mods and sent diagram of what aerials go where, ie 5g, 4g etc. This should have been sent with router on return. Still can't get a signal from router. Then told you must have 4g aerial to get 5g signal. I have now tested with 4 various aerials one 4g that works on old router, 2 x 4/5g, and one 5g and nothing works. Emailed again yesterday and no response as yet. As is the router is totally unusable. Gave 2 star rating as they had been quick to get back to me but the product itself should get one star based on my experience.
