Rowan have managed our flats for several years and can't fault them. Our manager is Amy Goodall. She is friendly and considerate. She is also knowledgeable, conscientious, competent and a pleasure to work with. Asking Rowan to manage our complex was the best decision and would definitely recommend them.

Amy has been extremely helpful and well informed when we’ve dealt with her. She’s quick and efficient in responding to our queries. Definitely an asset to Rowan BM.

As a cleaning contractor working across multiple sites managed by Rowan, we’ve consistently had a very positive experience with their team. They are always quick to attend sites when issues arise and are excellent at listening to both contractors and clients to make sure needs are properly understood.

Communication is clear and responsive, which helps problems get resolved quickly for the benefit of the clients. We’ve also found Rowan to be very prompt when it comes to paying invoices, which is greatly appreciated in our line of work.

Overall, they are a professional and reliable property management company to work alongside, and we’re always happy to support the sites they manage.

Rowan have managed our block in St Annes on Sea since September’25 and i’m sorry we didn’t find them sooner.
All the staff are friendly and professional and haven’t needed reminding about anything asked of them. Our main contact is Amy and she’s very proactive and her letter writing is of a high standard.

Excellent experience during the extensive roofing works at our apartment block. All works were completed to projected timescales and closely project managed by Stuart at Rowan. The grounds were left clean and tidy on completion. Thanks to Tom and Stuart for all their hard work in driving the project from start to completion.

Just a short note to give you some feedback on Connor’s work for Kents Bank Apartments.

I’m prompted to write today because of some very wise and useful advice that Connor sent me yesterday about handling small contractor jobs and dealing with differing judgements from advisers. Those pieces of advice made a lot of sense and will save me time, money and worry as we go forward.

More generally, Connor has tackled a wide range of issues for us since we became one of your clients back in April, and he has done it all with patience, knowledge and skill. He has always dealt promptly with our business, and the contractors to whom he has introduced us have performed well. With Gillian, he has found us new policies which have saved us money on both property insurance and directors’ and officers’ insurance. The solutions he has suggested have been effective and, importantly for me, made common sense. He seems always looking to strike a balance between getting us the best result and doing it in a way which also gets value for money for KBAMC.

We have dealt with Rowan for over 12 months now. The team there are brilliantly efficient at ensuring all repairs and maintenance is dealt with quickly, and to the highest standard. Rowan continue to expertly manage the Gleneagles Apartment Blocks often anticipating any potential issues and always providing effective solutions for them. Amy, our manager, is very professional, always willing to help and advise and gives the residents confidence that their homes are being well taken care of.

Rowan has managed our property, taking good care of our assets, for four years. Chris and Ed provide very good communication and prompt professional service in a friendly, approachable way. We have benefited from their proactive approach which has ensured that we are getting good value for money. We have found Blocks Online, the electronic referral and document repository system, very useful. Recently, we had the external rendered walls cleaned and repainted. We are absolutely delighted with the results and grateful to Ed for managlng the project with such skill and professionalism. Thanks go to Butterworths, for the cleaning, and to Darren the Decorator' (Darren Lunney) for their expertise.

We discovered Rowan several years ago and have found them the be proactive and professional in every way. Initially Chris was our point of contact then as the company has expanded, Tom has taken over as our property manager. He has been diligent and efficient in dealing with the various issues, some of which have required great patience and diplomacy.
