Rowanrose were really helpful and patient while dealing with my claim. They always keep you up to date of where they are at with your claim. I would recommend them to solve your PPI problems.

Was complex situation as we had to go back and forward to Finance company as they were being awkward to pay out costs. Was fortunate that the company that supplied new inverters were very helpful in sorting that. There were quite a few people at Rowan Rose - whether it would have been better if there was only one person involved in the case.

My disappointment with the process was that my particular claim was very much delayed by a very unreasonable time delay before being finalised .
It was not dealt with very satisfactorily by Rowan Rose.
