I bought 2 Rowland earthing sheets around 4 to 5 years back and I recently found my way round a circuit tester. I felt that they probably weren't making much difference - and now I know why - NEITHER sheet actually has any earth continuity from one end of the cable to the other!! I can accept that maybe one was duff but 2 bought within weeks of eachother and neither plug lead works - that's too much of a coincidence. Clearly their business model and 45 day guarantee is based on the fact that most of us (myself included) won't test the connections within 45 days! What a bunch of rip-off merchants!! On the other hand, there are companies that actually sell you a circuit tester with the sheet so you can make sure your sheet is actually earthing correctly. Needless to say, I won't be wasting any more money on these charlatans!

I bought a fitted earthing sheet from Rowlands, hoping it would help me sleep more than the 2 or 3 hours , or none at all, a night I was getting. I've been using it every night since it arrived and can happily say it improved my sleep length by 50%, it has to be the sheet as I have not used anything other than that, I now wake up at 6:30 each morning, after going to bed around 11:pm, which feels so much better than the measly 2-3 hour naps I've been getting. Back in Aug 2023, I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm, and its operation, and since then my sleep time has been appalling!, even during my hospital stay, I could have but decided not to take sleeping pills as they only put you to sleep, which was not my problem, staying asleep was ...I cannot believe I am, finally, talking in past tense about something that became a miserable 24 hour obsession. Yes it's subjective, so try them yourself, but I personally think these do not offer any of the reported claims.

Once returned Rowland were slow at refunding and needed prompting. The refund then took a while to process.

Yes they finally refunded but it's not a quick process, and let's face it, these aren't a cheap product. Do your own blind studies.
