It took just a few days to receive my A107 panel after ordering it. The panel was easy to install and activate using the Rowsfire app. The switches and buttons were fully synchronized with the A320 in MSFS 2024. I especially liked the adjustable panel lighting. I very strongly recommend Rowsfire and plan to purchase additional components owing to the quality of construction and how well the Rowsfire team engages with its customers.

I purchased the A107 overhead. It arrived along with a couple of small surprises. My first thought was that it would be bigger, but this size is fine.
This was my first Rowsfire purchase, but it definitely won’t be my last. Even more impressive is how well the team communicates with its customers. All in all, a great purchase for the asking price. Keep up the good work, Rowsfire.

The A107 v3 is a high quality product that works flawless with my flightsim software.
Rowsfire is also a very customer friendly and reliable company. Their personal and quick responses from customer service are what makes me return as a customer.

Great Quality Feels Great and Installation is very easy!

After ordering two units, The A107 and A105 they arrived in good presentation box's. The units looked great, but I had a problem getting them to bind and work together, I broke them not understanding how Mobiflight worked. To cut a long story short after a frustrating time trying to fix them I was directed to their technician who then fixed them and returned them to me in good working condition complete with the correct operating file. All in all outstanding after sales service, I didnt doubt the problem could not be solved and with a leap of faith Rowsfire delivered. They are a young company and as they develope and grow community support is important. Soon we will be able to purchase whole cockpits at an reasonable price I am sure. Be patient if you have problems and you will get to the bottom of any difficulties and remember they will help you.

I bought the V107v2 overhead panel,it worked perfectly,then i bought the V105v3 Radio panel,this is when the problem started,no way could i get it to work,i checked if the usb ports had conflicts,all was ok,check for the software problems,nothing there,so i was stuck,at one point loading the V107v2,the drivers of V105 v3 it disabled V107v2 now i was getting desperate,i have had computers since 1984 so i am not new,i also started simming in 1990 which was very basic then,so I contacted Rowsfire with the problem, a lady named Sara replied and she has been brilliant,she advised me to contact the technical dept at whatsapp,,but I didn’t,i used the help on there webb site,after some 3 hours of going over and over the same thing,i was asked if I would like a human voice,i said yes but that never happened,i thought I was with a human,notAI,so I took the advice and contacted the technician at WhatsApp,he replied quite quickly,small problem it was in Chinese,as I am English a bit of a problem but translate it and sent request in chinese google translate back and could you contact me in English,and all was ok,so basically what he did was brilliant,his name was Lial,i asked him if he could connect to my computer to see if he could find the solution by Anydesk connection,which he did later,and after working with him,connecting and disconnecting,on the first session of about 4 hours of texting,he then took a break,and came back the next day,and then connected by Anydesk he solved the problem,which I would never have found,by using diagnostic tools etc I have never heard of, and after a further 5 hours he solved all the problems and got everything working.I wish all companies had this service.
One thing I must point out,i did NOT buy from Rowsfile,but Sara said that did not matter where I bought it,how many companies have said get in touch where you bought it from.
So will be ordering my next panel soon from them

After some issues due basically to my limited knowledge, Rowsfire and kind Sara answered very fast my emails and provided an experienced technician who helped me to solve my difficulties to setup correctly my 107 V2 Rowsfire overhead panel. It is a great product and I am happy now.
