Arrived on time…well packaged and item was as expected…I like it very much..thank you.

Ordering process was easy, pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery (7-10 days) but sadly the xxl that I ordered was nowhere near xxl - closer to medium or small. Unfortunately I have not heard back from the company in response to two requests for return / refund. Disappointing

Item was delivered as promised. Good quality. The sweater was more light weight than expected. I was expecting the sweater to be a bit heavier.

Not what described can not get labelnto return. Also cannot get in touch with anyone. Will never buy from them again. No customer service

I ordered 2 sweaters(size L) 1 fit a little large, as advertised and expected, and the other ran a little small. I wound up giving it to my granddaughter (who wears a size XS). The materials used were very soft and comfortable.

Horrid! The product is NOT as advertised online!! I ordered a sweater for my 24 year old daughter and got a “printed fake sweater” on what seemed like a polyester fabric! It was horrid looking! And I can’t figure out their “easy return policy”!

I ordered two sweaters and they both were just right, super soft

The company uses a chinese shipper that has lost 3 packages including this purchase. Not only did they lose the package but through Rowye I paid $68 dollars for the sweater and SHEIN and Amazon had the same thing I later found out, for $25-35. This company is a scam with worthless customer service and they don’t take responsibility for the crappy delivery service they provide. Don’t get suckered in. Get your cheap clothing from Amazon.

My first shopping experience with Rowye and I was skeptical because of great prices. Order received quickly and all items great! Will definitely shop here again!

I received multiple items that were not as they were shown on their site.
For a $65 item I wanted to return, I was told I would receive $8 refund and to keep the item, when I protested, I was told I would receive a refund of $18 and the threat that the return shipping would be at MY cost....which I understood would be expensive to China.
These items are NOT coming from South Carolina as advertised !
This is a SCAM website !

I ordered two sweaters from Roywe as a gift for my wife, and I’m extremely disappointed.

What arrived looked nothing like the product images on the website. The sweaters are very low quality, thin, poorly constructed, and the fit and fabric are completely different from what was advertised. The photos online make the items look structured, soft, and well-made — what I received feels cheap and poorly finished.

At this price point, I expected decent quality. Instead, these feel like cheap knockoffs compared to the polished images used to sell them. The difference between expectation and reality is honestly shocking.

This purchase was meant to be a gift, and it ended up being embarrassing to give. I would not order from this company again and would strongly caution others to be skeptical of the product photos.

Loved the sweater but shipping took too long

The company says ships in 72 hours, I am 33 days in and no delivery! Company says south carolina made but all shipping is coming from overseas? The tracking doesn't work. All and all i will avoid in the future. Now I am short many Christmas gifts because they company is shifty. 33 days? Ridiculous!

Love the sweaters once I finally received them. Great quality and fit. But it took almost 2 months to receive my order.

I love these sweaters they’re excellent. They are oversized without looking ridiculous comfortable the yarn is not itchy I would buy again.
