Too much Facebook no value for the player
This morning I’m updating some reviews on previously released casinos. Those of you who know me know I have a good nose for identifying low quality operations.
Unfortunately Roxy has failed the test for a variety of reasons which I will explain. First they have DRASTICALLY reduced the daily log in reward. 6 out of 7 days only give gold coins now.
Secondly they have also implemented some sort of policy where certain customers get deals but others don’t. I received an email for a happy hour sale that wasn’t available in my store.
I contacted customer support and they were of no assistance and simply told me to try again in the future lol.
As someone whose been playing on this site since they opened site it’s disappointing to be treated in this manner
There is no future here and I wouldn’t recommend playing here due to there being many other casinos that offer more value to the player.

I am not happy with Roxy Moxy at all after winning 125.00 and trying to redeem my winnings undergoing the verification process and required and successfully completing my verification and being fully verified I was asked to fill out a form for my redemption for ach transfer I filled said form out submitted it and was told that I’d receive my redemption within 24hrs fast forward to 2 days later and after requesting a pre paid card instead I’m now being temporarily blocked from the site pending further verification and I still haven’t received my winnings!!!
My advice stay away from this site there’s others that are 1000% legitimate and great sites with better rewards and reliable customer support… never again will I play or spend money here

Trying this platform out
I broke down and tried Roxy out and game variety is great, packages are great. I find their games are fair. You win some you loose some. I did end up winning a little and I just put my redeem in 11/9. I am verified and had no issues when verifying. I always take screen shots of everything just in case of any issue. I review a lot of these social platforms and I keep it honest. No problems so far. We will see how long my redemption takes and then I will update my review and give 5 stars if no issues. I will say that Moozi as soon as you hit the redemption button it is on your card so let’s see how Roxy holds up against them. As of now they are my favorite. Will update soon
Update: I am giving Roxy 5 stars my redemption is on its way all in the same day. Roxy thank you I will be playing here often! You guys rock!!
