Order status says shipped but according to ups only a label was created on 2/9 still waiting for them to send my item to ups tried emailing royal batch but it comes back undeliverable and tried calling left several messages and no response this place is the worst do not order anything from them

Royal Batch was amazing. They pulled together an order for a housewarming gift very quickly and it was delivered by UPS to my friend's home as we were sitting down for a bourbon during our first visit. Timing could not have been better! And during the order and delivery timeframe, I was dealing with a real person on the other end of my inbox who kept me apprised the entire time. Thank you Royal Batch!

Easy to order and received packaged well with no breakage. One star less because was not notified when shipped and it arrived at night for signing! Good thing we were home!!

Good product, Quick shipping but tracking could use some work. On my order it said delivery was on Feb.24 but on Feb.22 there was a paper on my door saying I had missed delivery. I had to call delivery company and arrange my own delivery.

The product was packaged extremely well, preventing damage.

On the other hand, UPS took 6 days to get the product to the local holding site after attempting to deliver to my home when I was absent. I don't hold that against Royal Batch - UPS simply isn't a great service.

Have edited up to a 3-Star Neutral Rating. Royal Batch has refunded our money since an unsealed bottle was sent.

What we learned in the process: Royal Batch is just the middleman (+$$). They use "licensed fulfillment centers" (which was noted on the included shipping paper), so they essentially use "licensed retailers across the U.S. to process" orders, so... to me that means that quality issues are ultimately not in their control. Refunding our money was a fair decision by them.

Informed consumers can make their own choices now to use them or not.

We have bought a lot from this company, prices are very reasonable, and while the shipping times seem off nearly every time, it was tolerable. The most recent shipment was not tolerable. The bottle arrived and was not sealed. Major safety issue here, would you ever buy a unsealed bottle at a liquor store? Many things can go wrong, a safety issue, what if somebody put something in the bottle drug-related. What if they poured out the product and substituted a cheap generic bourbon instead? We ended up pouring out the bottle and are waiting to see how royal batch rectifies this safety issue.

Edited from 2 Stars down to 1 Star. Royal Batch was unwilling/unable to provide a refund/replacement because I refused to dig through my trash outside to find the bottle. Beware of buying alcohol online from any retailer for safety reasons, I never will again.

Well, I’m totally satisfied and pleasantly surprised. You really don’t know what to expect with online shopping, especially with liquor. Unbelievable selection and reasonable prices. Very quick turnaround on shipping. Really well packaged. I’ve told 4 people so far and will come back for the hard to find allocated items

The Shipping and Tracking process was Flawed. Took way longer than they projected on their site. It was over 2 weeks (20 days) from payment to Receive My Order. I tried to check the shipping status but got delayed responses and they still couldn't give me accurate or updated Tracking information.

I placed an order on Dec 12 (Christmas gift ) it’s Christmas Eve and can’t reach anyone. They gave me a tracking number but never arrived - hope someone is enjoying the bourbon! They took my payment right out but can’t get back to me where my order is. If I don’t hear something soon I will dispute this charge and go elsewhere. Do not order from them.
